-- As a result of the COVID-19 confinement, many workers began to carry out their activities from home, which required various strategies in family organization. The objective of this work is to explore the perception of emerging psychosocial factors that favor and obstacles working from home during confinement, and to analyze the differences between women and men. The research was cross-sectional exploratory. A total of 321 participants who responded to open-ended inducers, which aspects of work generate discomfort or enthusiasm when working from home. A total of 1,156 responses were obtained regarding factors that enthusiasm, grouped into 44 macrocategories. Regarding factors that are perceived as discomfort, 1,287 responses were registered, which were coded and grouped into 50 macrocategories. In the analysis of the relationship between the macrocategories and the variable sex, significant relationships were found with the following emerging factors that enthusiasm: Comfort, Interaction with children and Adaptation and new learning. In the relationship between sex and psychosocial discomfort factors, significance was found with Schedules and Multitasking.
