La enseñanza a través de proyectos en la carrera de Periodismo permite una mayor adaptabilidad del futuro egresado a los constantes cambios de su entorno laboral. El presenta artículo expone cómo los proyectos adquieren valores agregados para el estudiante de carreras comunicológicas, si se conciben a partir de propuestas conceptuales sobre transferibilidad que superen la unificación de créditos y la movilidad profesional-equivalente esta última a la movilidad entre diferentes entornos laborales o territoriales- como fundamentos de esa categoría en la educación superior. Por tanto, el artículo aporta una evolución del concepto de transferibilidad y proyectos educativos, según las transformaciones radicales y diversificación del ecosistema de medios, logrando una definición operacional que puede apreciarse en experiencias innovadoras de la Facultad de Comunicación, Universidad de La Habana. El cambio en la noción de lo transferible y en la gestión de proyectos no sólo facilita la adaptación, sino que también amplía el rango de empleabilidad y la capacidad de un desempeño idóneo en ámbitos no tradicionales del Periodismo.
El presente artículo tiene como objetivo presentar el perfil de competencias identificado de acuerdo a los requisitos de desempeño actuales y prospectivas en el entorno laboral del Periodismo. La investigación se realizó, fundamentalmente, a través de métodos como el estudio comparado de regularidades, rasgos evolutivos y tendencias de desarrollo, el mapa de procesos y el análisis de procesos, útiles para el diagnóstico y valoración de las funciones de trabajo del entorno laboral periodístico, como punto de partida esencial para la formación de profesionales capaces de demostrar su idoneidad en el desempeño. Asimismo, la identificación de las competencias se realizó a través del análisis funcional, el cual permite analizar de manera deductiva y flexible un ámbito laboral, mediante la determinación de un propósito principal y el sucesivo desglose de funciones, con la participación de expertos. El perfil de competencias resultante estructura de manera sinérgica las competencias básicas, específicas y transversales necesarias para un desempeño profesional idóneo del periodista en los diversos contextos de su entorno laboral, con mayores posibilidades de enfrentar el elevado ritmo de caducidad del conocimiento y obsolescencia de las competencias que afectan al ámbito infocomunicativo.
La investigación aborda las temáticas relacionadas con la comunidad LGTBI, y dentro ellas el tratamiento a la familia homoparental en Cuba, a fin de develar sus rasgos en la producción audiovisual cubana, y los factores socio-culturales y jurídicos que así lo determinan. A partir de este resultado, el estudio propone un acercamiento al proceso de producción del documental Sí, quiero, realizado en la carrera de Periodismo de la Universidad de La Habana, que desarrolla su discurso audiovisual con una construcción de género inclusiva para promover el debate público sobre los derechos de la familia homoparental, tradicionalmente invisibilizada en los contenidos mediáticos y de las industrias culturales en Cuba y otras partes del mundo.
El artículo describe las prácticas culturales asociadas a la celebración de los quince años en Cuba, un rito de paso cuyas características socio-históricas develan las complejidades y reestructuraciones de la realidad social en que se inscriben, incluyendo el consumo cultural. El artículo usa como método principal el registro y visualización de esas prácticas culturales, desde la postura del micro-relato subjetivo de la antropología audiovisual. Todo ello permitió la producción de un documental que examina los códigos simbólicos y patrones estéticos de las prácticas culturales y comunicativas asociadas a la celebración de los quince años, al tiempo que aporta una dimensión experiencial al análisis.
