Brasília é uma metrópole remota e polinucleada, constituída por um centro e cidadessatélites. Frente a isso, a maioria das pessoas de Brasília vivem nas Cidades Satélites efrequentemente se deslocam para o plano piloto, onde está concentrada a maior parte dospostos de trabalho da capital federal. Visto isso, os ônibus interestaduais e semiurbanos sãoos meios de transportes mais utilizados pelos trabalhadores, sendo objeto de grandecirculação de pessoas e potencial disseminador de microrganismos. Sendo assim, o objetivodo trabalho foi desenvolver um estudo transversal sobre as possíveis variantes demicrorganismos presentes e possíveis disseminação dos microrganismos no transportepúblico do Distrito Federal. Para isso, foram aplicados 108 questionários por meio das redessociais de modo a avaliar os Conhecimentos, Atitudes e Práticas (CAP) dos indivíduos queutilizam transporte público do Distrito Federal, juntamente com levantamentos bibliográficospara identificar as possíveis variantes de microrganismos presentes no transporte público.Das respostas avaliadas,72,2% são do sexo feminino, com a mediana de idade de 37,2,com80,56% das pessoas usaram o ônibus durante a pandemia e 16,7% foram diagnosticados coma covid-19. Sendo a maior parte dos entrevistados moradores da cidade satélite deCeilândia, 16,50%. Entre os usuários de ônibus, 9,3% pertencem à área da saúde, o que podecontribuir para a disseminação de microrganismos patogênicos, todavia, a maior parte dosentrevistados são estudantes e estagiários com 22%. Dos entrevistados 39,80%consideravam a limpeza dos ônibus ruim, em comparação com atualmente que osconsideram como boa pelos entrevistados, sendo 49,10%. Entretanto, de acordo com 68,50%dos entrevistados, não houve a redução do número de passageiros no transporte havendoum maior risco para a transmissão da covid-19. Quando questionados sobre os cuidadospessoais adotados antes da pandemia, 49,10% não utilizava nenhum método. Entre osentrevistados já diagnosticados com COVID-19, 72,20% não apresentavam nenhumacomorbidade, mas 5,60% possuíam diabetes, alterações genéticas, alterações respiratórias e11,10% alterações cardíacas. Entre as pessoas diagnosticadas com CoVID-19 o sexo femininoapresentou 83,3% enquanto o sexo masculino apenas 16,7%, sendo que 72,2% dessaspessoas não apresentavam comorbidades. Sendo assim, pode-se entender que o interior dosônibus são locais de transmissão de diferentes categorias de microrganismos, entre este ovírus da sars cov-19 servindo como fonte transmissão destes microrganismos para osusuários do transporte, sendo necessários mais estudos para determinar a quantidade e onível de infecção destes microrganismos dentro do transporte público.
