Orf disease is an endemic disease in sheep and goats, this disease can be transmitted through direct contact with infected tissue or contaminated objects. The orf case that attacked PE goats at the barokah farm, Megasari village, Kotabaru district, was carried out by direct observation methods, namely monitoring conditions, recording and interviews with several related parties, including veterinarians, heads and cage officers at Barokah farms. Initially, 41 PE goats came from Malang to Kotabaru. After a few days, it appears with symptoms of decreased appetite, creatisis, red, watery and swollen eyes, there are also goat's eyes whose pupils are white like cataracts and conjunctivitis which is diagnosed with pink eye, then accompanied by coughing and sneezing then a few days later PE goats appear scabs shaped like cauliflower on the skin around the lips of the mouth, which is suspected to be an orf disease. Of the 41 PE goats at the barokah farm, 6 have died, while the remaining goats have been declared cured.
