This research aims to determine the effect of Price, Brand Image and After Sales Service of Reinforcing Steel Products on Consumer Purchasing Decisions of PT. Krakatau Wajatama Osaka Steel Marketing. This research was conducted on 265 respondents PT. Krakatau Wajatama Osaka Steel Marketing spread all over Indonesia. The research data collection method uses a questionnaire with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) data analysis which is described in the Application of Model Evaluation of PLS (Partial Least Square) - SEM. The results of this study indicate that the variable price has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Brand Image Variable has positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. While the After Sales Service variable also has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.
The aim of this research was to determine the effect of Price, Quality of Service and Brand Image on Customer Satisfaction of Alfamart Customer in using VSAT IP Broadband Quota service of PT Telkomsat. Number of respondents in this research is 248 respondents who work in Alfamart retail stores especially Jabodetabek area. The research method uses a questionnaire with SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) data analysis which is described in PLS (Partial Least Square) - SEM Application. The result of this research showed that the Price variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Quality of Service variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Then the Brand Image variable also has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.
PurposeThis study investigates the effect of digital technology adoption on labor demand in the Indonesian banking sector.Design/methodology/approachThis research uses bank-level survey data obtained from the Indonesia Financial Service Authority (OJK) for the period 2010–2017 using semiannual data. This research applies a panel data method using a fixed effect model.FindingsThis study results show that technology adoption affects labor demand significantly in all Commercial Bank Based on Business Activities (BUKU) levels of banks. Technology adoption tends to be a substitute for labor in BUKU I, BUKU II and BUKU III banks in the support and business units. In addition, technology adoption complements labor only in the business unit in BUKU IV banks.Research limitations/implicationsThis research uses a sample of only 40 banks at the regulatory levels of BUKU I, BUKU II, BUKU III and BUKU IV. These 40 banks account for more than 80% of the assets in the Indonesian banking sector.Originality/valueLiterature investigating the effect of the adoption of digital technology on labor demand in the banking sector is still rare in the Indonesian economy. Most of the previous research limited its area of study to the manufacturing industry. This research makes a vital contribution in measuring the adoption of digital technology and its effect on labor demand in the banking sector using the BUKU level classifications of banks.
Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan sangat penting dalam suatu riset atau artikel ilmiah. Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan berfungsi untuk memperkuat teori dan penomena hubungan atau pengaruh antar variable. Artikel ini mereview pengaruh harga, promosi dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian, suatu studi literatur Strategic Marketing Management. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini guna membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel untuk digunakan pada riset selanjutnya. Hasil artikel literature review ini adalah: 1) harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian; 2) promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian; dan 3) brand image berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.
Perilaku Konsumen adalah topik yang sangat menarik untuk dibahas dan tidak pernah habis. Sesuai dengan perkembangan dan perubahan zaman, maka perilaku konsumen pun mengalami perubahan. Salah satu perilaku konsumen yang banyak diteliti adalah megenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Konsumen dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan sebelum membeli suatu produk. Sepanjang tahun 1998-2009 saja ditemukan 60 penelitian terkait dengan pengambilan keputusan Konsumen (Peighambari at al., 2016). Beberapa penelitian kuantitatif terdahulu di Indonesia terkait pengambilan keputusan ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang simultan antara kualitas produk, persepsi harga dan promosi dari suatu produk terhadap keputusan Konsumen dalam menentukan pilihannya membeli suatu barang. Artikel ini mereview beberapa Jurnal terkait Korelasi Keputusan Pembelian dengan Kualitas Produk, Persepsi Harga dan Promosi, Literature Review Manajemen Pemasaran. Adapun artikel ini disusun bukan untuk mengevaluasi hasil penelitian melainkan bertujuan untuk membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variable untuk digunakan pada riset selanjutnya. Dari penelitian (Sari, I. R. & Harti, 2021) menghasilkan secara simultan kualitas produk, harga dan promosi berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan dari penelitian (Brata et al., 2017) hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, harga, promosi, dan lokasi mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian, baik sebagian maupun bersamaan.
