Öz: İşsizlik tüm dünyada büyük bir sorun olarak görülmektedir. Özellikle de genç işsizlik ülkelerin çözmesi gereken problemler arasında yer almaktadır. Son zamanlarda gençlerin üniversite eğitimini alırken yaşamaya başladıkları işsizlik kaygısı ve umutsuzluk yaşadıkları bilinmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Sağlık Hizmetleri Meslek Yüksekokulunda okuyan öğrencilerin işsizlik kaygısı ve umutsuzluğu incelemektir. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak anket yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Anket bölümlerden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölüm demografik sorulardan meydana gelmiştir. Anketin diğer bölümlerinde ise, umutsuzluk ölçeği ve işsizlik kaygısı ölçeği kullanılmıştır.
Aim: It is aimed to contribute to the literature with the broad support of participants actively working in the field during the COVID-19 pandemic in Turkey. This study was conducted to examine the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on the perceived stress levels and psychological resilience of healthcare professionals.Material and Method: A total of 856 healthcare professionals, actively working in the COVID-19 pandemic process across Turkey, participated in the research. The data in the study were collected using the “11 Demographic Questions”, the “Four-Item Perceived Stress Scale”, developed by Cohen and friends, and the “Six-Item Brief Resilience Scale”, developed by Smith and friends to measure psychological resilience levels. The statistical analysis of the study was performed by using SPSS 23. The data, which were not normally distributed, were compared using the Mann Whitney U test and the Kruskal Wallis test. Correlation between the variables was examined via Spearman’s correlation analysis and the data, which were not normally distributed, were presented as median.Results: It was found that the mean score of the perceived stress scale was 12.7±2.9 and the mean score of psychological resilience was 17.8±4.9. It was determined that there was a moderately negative significant correlation between perceived stress and psychological resilience (r:-0.542 p:<0.001).Conclusion: The results suggested that COVID-19, whose impacts have been felt globally, increased the stress level of healthcare professionals and decreased their psychological resilience.

Çalışmanın amacı, erkek çalışanların iş-yaşam dengesine bakış açılarını incelemektedir. O yüzden anket uygulaması sadece erkek çalışanlara uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemi Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi Hastanesinde çalışan erkeklerden oluşmaktadır. Katılımcılar 657/4-a Memur, 657/4-b Sözleşmeli Personel ve 657/4-d Sürekli İşçilerden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak anket yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Kurumdan gerekli izin alındıktan sonra 115 anket değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Anket iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölüm demografik sorulardan meydana gelmiştir. Anketin ikinci bölümde ise, iş-yaşam dengesi ölçülmektedir. Ankette beşli Likert tipi derecelendirme ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Veriler IBM SPSS V23 ile analiz edilmiştir. İş-yaşam dengesi ölçeği alt boyutları ortalama değerlerinin çalışma sistemi ve çocuk sayısına göre karşılaştırılması tek yönlü varyans analizi ile, eşin çalışma durumuna göre karşılaştırma ise bağımsız örnekler t testi ile incelenmiştir. Kategorik veriler frekans ve yüzde olarak sunulurken nicel veriler ortalama ± standart sapma olarak sunulmuştur. Araştırmada, eşin çalışma durumuna göre iş yaşam uyumu, kendine zaman ayırma ve yaşamın işten ibaret olması, ortalama değerleri arasında istatistiksel olarak fark olmadığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Çalışmada, yaşamı ihmal etme ortalama değerleri eşin çalışma durumuna göre farklılık göstermektedir.
Football is a sport that influences the entire world. Today, a football industry with millions of supporters and big budgets has emerged. This study examines the strike and lockout in Turkey's football industry. Football players in Turkey have a very low rate of unionization unlike the European football industry, which has high levels of union awareness and high rates of organization. It also addresses strike and lockout examples within the football industry all over the World. Strike and lockout in Turkish football will be explained with regard to Act No. 6356 on Trade Unions and Collective Labor Agreements.
