Erkeklerde İş-Yaşam Dengesi Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract: Çalışmanın amacı, erkek çalışanların iş-yaşam dengesine bakış açılarını incelemektedir. O yüzden anket uygulaması sadece erkek çalışanlara uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemi Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi Hastanesinde çalışan erkeklerden oluşmaktadır. Katılımcılar 657/4-a Memur, 657/4-b Sözleşmeli Personel ve 657/4-d Sürekli İşçilerden oluşmaktadır.
