(2) Selection of individuals who experienced the process of return to work, use of a pre-elaborated script for conducting semi-structured and individuals interviews. The interviews were recorded and transcribed for content analysis by thematic categories. Results: For this study, six (n=6) individuals participated in the interviews, aged 28-54 years, the majority female (n=5), with incomplete high school educational level and with varied professions. The testimonies showed: return to work for the same function; no respect to the physical restrictions/ limitations; resurgence of painful symptoms; fear and risk of dismissal; feeling of inability and the importance of a family support. Conclusion: The return to work process requires interventions of multiprofessional teams and interdisciplinary actions.
Introdução: As LER/DORT constituem um problema de saúde pública que acomete uma parcela considerável dos trabalhadores de diversas profissões. Para mapear a incidência e elaborar estratégias de prevenção e promoção de saúde existe no Brasil o Sistema de Informação de Notificação de Agravos (SINAN), no qual as LER/DORT são consideradas de notificação obrigatória. Objetivo: Investigar sobre o perfil de trabalhadores atendidos em um serviço de saúde especializado, e que tiveram notificações abertas no Sistema Informação de Notificação de Agravos (SINAN) e relacionadas às LER/DORT, Método: Obteve-se uma listagem das notificações do SINAN, junto à Coordenação de um serviço de saúde do trabalhador da Baixada Santista, e referente ao período de 02 de janeiro de 2014 à 31 de dezembro de 2015. Foram obtidos os dados: sexo, idade, escolaridade, ocupação, diagnóstico clínico, abertura do CAT e situação no trabalho no registro. Resultados: Foram abertas apenas 103 notificações pelo SINAN, sendo os sujeitos em maioria do sexo feminino, idade entre 30 e 49 anos, com escolaridade baixa, e a maioria dos sujeitos trabalhavam nos serviços de asseio e de limpeza. As afecções em coluna (dorsalgias) foram as mais prevalentes (40,8%), e a maioria (63,9%) estava no momento do registro em situação de afastamento do trabalho. Ainda, houve um registro expressivo de LER/DORT em trabalhadores informais. Conclusão: Há necessidades de melhorias na efetiva realização deste procedimento para que aumente as notificações, e as informações possam contribuir no direcionamento de ações de prevenção, promoção, recuperação e reabilitação da saúde.
