This master thesis has the main objective to point a group vision based on central concepts of Mikhail Bakhtin, inspiring a group that do embraces this vision. For this, a brief historical background is performed on groups and an option for the term group process, considering reflections already undertaken by Silvia Lane, Martín-Baró and Andaló to contextualize the starting point for consideration of groups that happen in the discussion. Later, it made an approach to the author Mikhail Bakhtin and some of its concepts. The analysis of the work, in turn, consists of a brief explanation of bakhtinian notions of dialogism, polyphony, act/activity, emotional-volitional tone, stated, surplus of vision/exotopy, and author/authors, followed by discussion of the process of constitution of the subject from these concepts and, finally, how such notions help in notes that indicate a group that can be called here dialogic and how they help to inspire a consistent group to make this vision. The subject of Bakhtin is a subject in a social and historical context in relations whose meetings provide he will return to himself from the look that the other can offer, becoming active and responsive in its own constitution process and his performance in front of his own reality. The dialogical group is one that has a motion in which the subject is perceived as active and responsive, through a space opening for his speech can be heard and answered and that from these meetings, new utterances can be created, in polyphony.
