Este artigo pretende refletir acerca dos desafios da autogestão nos Empreendimentos de Economia Solidária (EES), considerando as intersecções das desigualdades de raça, gênero e classe. Para tanto, foram analisados especificamente empreendimentos incubados pela Incubadora Tecnológica de Cooperativas Populares, da Universidade Estadual de Campinas (ITCP/Unicamp), entre 2018 e 2020. A fim de qualificar a reflexão e análise, este artigo contextualiza o surgimento das ITCPs como prática extensionista durante o avanço das políticas neoliberais entre 1980 e 1990, especialmente durante o governo Fernando Henrique Cardoso. Além disso, considerando a organicidade dos empreendimentos supracitados, propõe-se uma abordagem interseccional das desigualdades, no âmbito da Economia Solidária (ES). Por fim, pretende-se argumentar que, mesmo sendo um eixo de resistência ao avanço do capitalismo neoliberal, a ES não está isenta de contradições e estigmas que embasam as relações de trabalho convencionalmente, questões essas que desafiam a estruturação sólida de suas diretrizes, dentre elas a autogestão.
