The purpose of the study is to develop methodological approaches to forecasting changes in the structure of assets and capital of agricultural enterprises. Methodology. The information base of the article is presented by scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists. The research is based on scientific methods, among which it is expedient to distinguish: analysis and synthesis, comparison, idealization, and abstraction, as well as systematization and generalization – during the formulation of conclusions as a result of the study. Results. It is established that the agricultural sector of Ukraine has significant potential for further growth, but a number of problems hinder its development. Today, the stimulus is the system of land use and land relations, put into effect by lifting the moratorium on land sales. At present, the consequences of such reforms are unpredictable, as there are no clear and transparent rules of the «game» in the sector. It is found out that the most powerful participants in the agricultural market are agricultural holdings, which determine one of the goals of their activities is the development of infrastructure and expansion of influence in foreign markets. In modern economic conditions, the agricultural sector brings 15-20% of Ukraine's GDP annually, and despite the crisis of recent years, provides the population with high-quality products of its own production. Practical implications. One of the main problems in the implementation of working capital management policy is to determine the required amount and optimal composition, which is able to ensure the continuity of the enterprise, the maximum level of efficiency of funds. These problems are solved by forecasting the structure of working capital and forecasting its optimal amount. The urgency of the issue increases due to the fact that the problem of predicting the optimal size and structure of assets and capital challenges is caused by macroeconomic and macro-financial instability. Value/originality. Methodical approaches to forecasting changes in the structure of assets and capital are considered. It is proposed to use a system of indicators for calculations, including the following: growth rate of production and sales, a growth rate of product prices, projected operating costs, non-current assets at the beginning of the forecast period, projected investment, average depreciation rate of non-current assets, duration of production turnover inventories, the duration of collection of receivables, the average share of retained earnings in total profit from sales, the basic volume of production and sales, registered and annual invested capital of the enterprise.
The main goal of the research is to determine and analyze the criteria for the formation of electricity prices for generating enterprises using a systemic approach to evaluate the impact of the set specified criteria as a holistic system. An analysis of the influence of exchange, regulatory, technical and technological and other criteria and factors on price formation for energy industry enterprises was carried out. It is indicated that the offer of prices for electric energy on the stock exchange is formed by three components: marginal costs, "no-load" costs and "loading" costs. It is established that the opportunity given to the consumer to influence the price of electricity independently is an important criterion for the formation of the price of electricity in the conditions of market liberalisation, and the mechanism of implementation of this criterion is detailed. The existence of both a positive and a negative impact of excessive market regulation by the introduction of the procedure "imposing special obligation" on energy industry enterprises is indicated. The main factors influencing the "cost of the supplier's services" criterion are established and analyzed. The conclusion that the criteria for the formation of the electricity price should represent a coordinated system that realizes the principle of compatibility of incentives for all parties that form a balance of interests - both producers and consumers is a scientific novelty. In addition to the principle of the compatibility of incentives, other principles which must be met by the criteria for the formation of the electricity price were also named for the first time. In order to introduce a systematic approach to analysis, a model of electricity price formation in conditions of market liberalization has been proposed for the first time. The advantage of this model lies in the fact that it allows not only for assessing the impact of the identified criteria on the electricity price but also to forecast this price for future periods.
The purpose of the study is to develop methodological approaches to analytical support for the management of the production of plant products in the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex. Methodology. Research is based on scientific methods, among which it is advisable to highlight: analysis and synthesis, comparison, idealisation and abstraction, as well as systematisation and generalisation, economic and mathematical methods. Results. Directions for improving the management of crop production in terms of its analytical support are proposed, taking into account the realities of today: the choice of the European vector of development, the state of war, agribusiness in Ukraine is the driving force that ensures the efficiency of the domestic economy. Ukraine is called the breadbasket of Europe, with about 25% of the world's highly fertile chernozem soils concentrated here. Agriculture as an industry has a number of peculiarities that largely determine the results of enterprises, among them: the means of production here are living organisms – plants and animals that develop according to biological laws. Therefore, in agriculture, the operation of economic laws is closely intertwined with the operation of natural laws; the main means of production is land, which is directly related to the labour process and the production of products. Practical implications. The most optimal path for the development of agriculture in Ukraine is the European one, which will lead to the socio-economic success of the entire population and the economy as a whole. Having received the status of a candidate country for accession to the European Union, we are already taking the first steps in this direction. Military actions bring their own corrections, but clear actions of the government and effective management at the level of enterprises will help Ukraine to maintain its position in the world market of crop production. Value/originality. Directions for improving the management of the production of plant products in the part of its analytical support are proposed, taking into account the realities of today: the choice of the European vector of development, the state of war. The article substantiates the need to improve the management of the production of plant products of agricultural enterprises in terms of its analytical support, caused by the conditions of martial law, as well as the European vector of development.
