A wireless video transmission system is put forward in this paper. It is constituted by 3G wireless networks and ARM11. Collecting video data is used by V4L2 technology, and the H.264 video codec is used by S3C6410 processors the MFC module. The video codec is sent to remote monitoring center via 3G wireless network. The System can complete video capture, coding, wireless transmission and decoding, and displaying on the LCD. The experiment show the system can achieve wireless remote monitoring.
In view of the current situation of line contact efficiency of NC machining without automatic programing system, the automatic programming system for NC machining based on line contact processing is developed. According to the characteristics of line contact processing, the key technologies in the automatic programming system of this paper is studied. After surface modeling, the data of DXF files generated by CAD systems can be read. And the surface processing information is obtained by these data sorted. Through the design of machining process and the sorting of tool path, the tool path of line contact processing is got. Then the research of soft cut of ruled surface is completed, and the graphical automatic programming is realized.
In order to meet the real-time performance of the full software CNC system, the full software CNC based on RTLinux is designed. Linux+RTLinux system is used as development platform, the timer parameter is changed by the method of hardware interrupt, and the real-time requirement of the CNC system is solved. The idea of modular design is used on CNC system to divide the function module, and the software design of the full software CNC system based on RTLinux is completed. C language is used as the main development language, the development of functional modules of the system management layer and the control layer is realized. Linear, circular interpolation function of CNC system can be realized.
