In order to meet the real-time performance of the full software CNC system, the full software CNC based on RTLinux is designed. Linux+RTLinux system is used as development platform, the timer parameter is changed by the method of hardware interrupt, and the real-time requirement of the CNC system is solved. The idea of modular design is used on CNC system to divide the function module, and the software design of the full software CNC system based on RTLinux is completed. C language is used as the main development language, the development of functional modules of the system management layer and the control layer is realized. Linear, circular interpolation function of CNC system can be realized.
The Cutting tool rotation and movement Matrix equation is established in the paper according to the high efficiency of NC machining elliptic cone. Tool path of the elliptic cone is established by the tangent method and Bernstein curve equations. Line contact contour surface method of machining surface is put forward on the basis of tool path. With this method surface interpolation can be carried out according to the equation of curved surface, which can be efficiently processing elliptic cone. Simulation experiments were carried out in this paper, and the results showed that Elliptic cone can be NC machining with high efficiency by the line contact contour surface method.
This design is a basic method for testing spring fan wheel assembly and steel cable tension control system. PLC is used as logic control core. Stepping motor and magnetic powder braker is used as an executive element. The constant tension control of the running process of the system is completed. The fuzzy control process of PID system includes two parts of tension loading and damping loading. The method of modular software is used to make the program structure clear.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
