It is introduced that laser shock peening is suitable for machining metal micro components. The micro scale effect and elastic-plastic theory of micro scale laser shock processing were analyzed and discussed. The research status, mechanism, key technology and influence factors of microscale lager shock peening were summarized and the problems in microscale lager shock peening were analyzed, which provides guidance for further research.
Based on FEM, a new type of ultrasonic elliptic vibrator design method was proposed, the ultrasonic elliptic vibration was achieved by the structural curve of the longitudinal and torsional vibrations. The impedance and vibration characteristics of the new longitudinal-torsional composite ultrasonic elliptic vibrator prototype were tested. It provides an important basis for impedance matching and longitudinal-torsional composite ultrasonic elliptical vibration application.
This paper introduces an architecture of embedded precision internal grinding open CNC system based on decoupling design, described the decoupling design method and principle. In this design, ARM was the main hardware device for CNC system and the embedded operating system μc/os-ii was used as the software development platform. Decoupling design based CNC system can be good at dealing with multitask and ensure the real time of system control.
Based on the in-depth study of embedded systems technology and characteristics of the ultrasonic vibration internal grinding process, the new CNC system for ultrasonic vibration internal grinding based on ARM and μC / OS-II embedded was proposed in this paper. For this system, the kernel of hardware is the 32 -bit embedded CPU LPC2210 with characteristics of high performance and low power consumption. And it is also equipped with the required peripheral modules to extend itself to one whole hardware system and the interface Circuit. Its software is based on μC / OS -II real -time embedded operating system, and the required application software needs to be developed so as to turn μC / OS- II real -time embedded operating system into one practical embedded ultrasonic CNC internal grinding.
