Le synovialosarcome est une tumeur rare et agressive des tissus mous représentant 7 à 8 % des sarcomes malins chez l'homme. Les membres inférieurs et supérieurs sont les plus atteints, en particulier les régions paraarticulaires des grosses articulations. Malgré son nom, le synovialosarcome n'est pas d'origine synoviale mais prend naissance à partir des cellules mésenchymateuses ayant une différenciation synoviale. Nous rapportons un cas de synovialosarcome de la plante du pied survenu chez une fille âgée de 9 ans et nous rappelons les signes radiologiques permettant d'évoquer le diagnostic.

The upper and lower limbs are most affected, particularly the para-articular regions of the large joints. Despite its name, synovial sarcoma does not arise from the synovial membrane but rather from primitive mesenchymal cells. We report a case of synovial sarcoma of the foot occurred in 9-year-old girl and we recall the radiological signs that suggest the diagnosis.
