Abstract:Le synovialosarcome est une tumeur rare et agressive des tissus mous représentant 7 à 8 % des sarcomes malins chez l'homme. Les membres inférieurs et supérieurs sont les plus atteints, en particulier les régions paraarticulaires des grosses articulations.
