The article discusses selected issues of the development of the power industry in Russia. The relevance of the development is related to the development of the electric power industry, meets the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 399 "On Amendments to the Federal Law "On Energy Saving and Improving Energy Efficiency..." dated 12/28/2013. The article used statistical methods, the method of averages, the index method ; analyzed trends in the production and consumption of electricity in the Russian Federation; Cause-and-effect relationships between production, consumption, and rising electricity prices have been identified; developed criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of measures to implement the program for the development of the power industry proposed the author's approach to calculating the degree of effectiveness of the measures taken to ensure the implementation of the program; justified the conclusion about the need to create an institutional system as a mechanism for the innovative development of the electric power industry.
The article substantiates the possibility of using frequency drives in agricultural production, shows promising areas of their application, shows the positive qualities of frequency drives, which make it possible to confidently compete with gear drives that are widespread in agriculture. It is indicated that the use of a frequency electric drive can reduce the current and mechanical loads due to soft start. Due to the additional control inputs of the frequency converter, it is possible to synchronize the processes on the load or set the change factors for some values depending on others. For example, to establish the dependence of the speed of the irrigation pumping system on the pressure in the system. The process will be optimized because as the load on the pump increases, the flow will increase. Recommendations are given on the choice of the power of the frequency converter, taking into account the rated currents and voltage of the converter and the motor. Recommendations are given on the choice of the power of the frequency converter, taking into account the rated currents and voltage of the converter and the motor. The advantages of starting and braking electric drives with frequency regulation are shown.
The paper identifies the main components of the socio-economic category "working conditions", including all socio-economic and organizational-technical factors influencing the person's preparation for active participation in work activities without accidents and other incidents, which is an objective necessity in modern society.
This article is an overview of research in fault diagnosis, detection, and reconfiguration. The review particularly focuses on power electronic applications and drives. Diagnostics of systems with conventional inverter drives (CID) is considered because knowledge of fault diagnosis in CIDs can be used for application in other inverter drive topologies; therefore, several techniques of fault diagnosis and reconfiguration in CIDs are analyzed.
This article represents research on fault diagnosis of inverter electric drives. It puts more emphasis on power electronics and drives. The paper begins with the diagnostics of systems with conventional inverter drives, because knowledge of the fault diagnosis in conventional inverter can be used for its applications in other topologies of inverter drives. Therefore, the article describes several methods for troubleshooting.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
