New algoritm for optimizing technological parameters of soft magnetic compozites has been derived on the base of topological structure of the power loss characteristics. In optimization processes of magnitudes obeying scaling it happen binary relations of magnitudes having different dimensions. From mathematical point of view in general case such a procedure is not permissible. However, in a case of the system obeying the scaling law it is so. It has been shown that in such systems binary relations of magnitudes of different dimensions is correct and has mathematical meaning which is important for practical use of scaling in optimization processes. Derived here structure of the set of all power loss characteristics in soft magnetic composite enables us to derive a formal pseudo-state equation of SMC. This equation constitutes a realation of the hardening temperature, the compaction pressure and a parameter characterizing the power loss characteristic. Finally, the pseudo-state equation improves the algoritm for designing the best values of technological parameters.

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationships between processing conditions and magnetic properties of cores made of Soft Magnetic Composite (SMC) Somaloy 500. Design/methodology/approach – The effects of compaction pressure and hardening temperature may be combined considering SMC density. This quantity may be chosen for optimization of properties of ready-made cores. In order to describe hysteresis loops the phenomenological model based on hyperbolic tangent transformation is applied. Findings – SMC density affects substantially the shape of hysteresis loop. The paper provides a number of charts useful for checking how the parameters of the hysteresis model are affected. Research limitations/implications – The present study considers just one composition of the SMC and one type of lubricant. Future research shall be devoted to verification of the approach on a wider class of SMCs. Practical implications – Material density may be a relevant quantity in optimization of magnetic properties of ready-made SMC cores. The simple hysteresis model based on the, “effective field” concept and Takács’ idea of hyperbolic tangent transformation may be useful for description of hysteresis curves of SMC cores. Model parameters are sensitive against variations of material density. Originality/value – The results of the analysis may be useful for designers of magnetic circuits made of SMCs.

Hysteresis modeling plays an important role for the designers of magnetic circuits. The paper considers the effect of processing temperature on magnetic properties of SMC cores. The hysteresis loops of the SMC cores are described using two recent modifications of phenomenological models.

Magnetic properties of Fe based composite materials with different particle sizes under a cryogenic condition have been investigated. Realisation of this venture has been carried out at the liquid nitrogen temperature. Results of energy loss density were obtained from measurements of the static (dc) hysteresis cycles ranging from 0·1 to 1·0 T. In turn, results of power loss density were obtained from measurements of the dynamic (ac) hysteresis cycles ranging from 50 to 1000 Hz and at the maximum flux density of 0·5, 0·8 and 1·0 T. The study confirmed the influence of temperature on magnetic parameters. It has been shown that total power loss density has increased with decreasing temperature. We report changes in a nature of energy loss after immersing specimens made of soft magnetic composites in liquid nitrogen. Measurements of the maximum relative permeability were also conducted.

The paper presents new technology on polish market -BIM. Nowadays method of project management and construction did not change for many decades. Traditionally, all information were handed over in the form of flat drawings: sketches, graphics, technical drawings and nowadays in program generated visualizations. Documentation form has involved, but it was always twodimensional. Over last years, the new conception has raised, which base on changing the technology of design. BIM -Building Information Modeling is one the most latest and important technologies for architecture, civil engineering and construction management. Information are handed over in the form of three dimensional model which consists of separated models. They are characterized by parameters such as: mass, length, layer, level, phase of construction process when element is used or produced. In other words, they are ideal illustration of components, which are built in to building. This way the reliable virtual copy of building is created.
