Transportation has become the main means in human life to facilitate daily activities. One of the unique land Transportation's mode is public transportation as transportation in a large area. Generally, the management of public transportation is carried out by the private sector but does not make public transportation provide better service. The complaints that often occur in this mode are the tendency that people do not obey traffic rules, passenger capacity that is not following what they should, pickpockets and others. The objective of this paper to prove the effect of driver service on the level of passenger satisfaction. This research used a quantitative method with a survey strategy. The research population is Passenger of public transportation in route Mandailing Natal to Panyabungan Selatan. The sample was selected with the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The measurement of the sample is 295 respondents. The sample was certain with the Slovin formula in a 5% standard of error. Then, data was collected with a questionnaire instrument that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed with regression in t-test and F test. This research was found that service quality by the driver has a direct effect on passenger satisfaction in partial and simultaneous.
Job Satisfaction is a cognitive assessment of an employee's effective evaluation of work. Employee satisfaction at work must be the main thing to be realized before satisfaction service is provide to customer. Employee who have good satisfaction at work will give a good performance, because job satisfaction is results of assessmet of employee performance toward job quality. Employee are inseparable from work culture of organization. Therefore, to improve value and image of organization, a service culture is needed to increase work satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods with survey strategy. Determination of respondent using total sampling techniques. While data were collected using a questionnaire instrument that was valid and reliable. The collected data was processed used IBM SPSS application version 20.0. Analysis of research data was used path analysis. This study found that work culture have direct and indirect effects on job satisfaction of employee in Health Office of Pariaman City.
The immigration function contained in Law Number 6 of 2016 chapter I article I point three states that immigration is one of the institutions that performs state functions in the administrative sector. To carry out its task, competent officers are needed to provide satisfaction in service as an effort torealize a good condition of social environtment in public service. In the service process during service is important. Customers always demand fast, uncomplecated and low cost of service. For thats demand fulfilled, professionalism must be build to create the social fair and safe. The aims of research to prove that customer satisfaction is not only influenced by service quality but can be influenced by other factors. It also prove that the customer satisfaction important in realize good social environtment at a good public service. Method of research used quantitative with survey approach. Data obtained using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data was collected from 394 respondent and processed using version 20.0 SPSS application. This study use professionalism as independent variable, customer equity as dependent variable and responsiveness as intervening variable. Result of study finded indications that there has a direct positive influence on professionalism and responsiveness to customer satisfaction. However, responsiveness variables can be predictor variables that give indirect positive effect professionalism to customer satisfaction.
The objective of this study was to determine the influence of corporate culture in improving employees' performance at state-owned enterprise PT. Semen Padang, West Sumatra. This research used quantitative methods and was supported by qualitative data. Data were collected quantitatively from samples selected using Simple Random Sampling. Qualitative data was collected with observation and interview with purposive sampling technique. The population of PT. Semen Padang employees are 1924 people. The sample was calculated using Slovin's formula (error of 5%) and consisted of 331 samples. The initial hypothesis in this research consisted of seven hypotheses. This study found a significant influence of a corporate culture that consists of six variables of work culture in improving employees’ performance at PT. Semen Padang. This study also found other factors that affect employees' performance. This study offers managers at PT. Semen Padang the key to increasing their employees' performance. The essence of this study is to prove that there is a significant influence of corporate cultures in improving employees' performance.
The presence of street vendors (PKL) can sometimes unsettle residents and the government, but their presence can also contribute to driving the economy of an area. The lack of resources and knowledge regarding regulations and provision of strategies in business development by street vendors makes their business less developed. The assistance activities for street vendors are expected to be useful for business continuity and gain knowledge in entrepreneurship. There are 100 street vendors in the Wirabraja Kantin Square, Bukittinggi City, consisting of culinary traders specializing in local wisdom, food stalls, clontongan goods, traditional cakes, martabak, various fried foods, bakery shops, burgers, chicken meatball noodles, vegetable traders, fruit sellers. , soft drinks, household furniture, construction equipment, soles. Assistance in Counseling on Regulations and Debriefing on Marketing Strategy and MSME Development for Street Vendors so that later they understand regulations and are able to manage business financial management, so that financial reports on business results are recorded properly, assistance in marketing business results so that there are more buyers, assistance in using technology information, so that street vendors can compete with other traders
