Pembentukan DMA adalah salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menekan tingkat kehilangan air fisik. Suatu kota dapat mempunyai ratusan DMA. DMA merupakan singkatan dari district metered area. Hal tersebut berarti bahwa suatu DMA adalah suatu wilayah atau area yang dibatasi oleh satu atau beberapa meter air dan beberapa valve. Antara satu DMA dan DMA lain tidak mempunyai hubungan. Sehingga, kehilangan air dapat diketahui lebih spesifik untuk masingmasing DMA. Pembacaan meter air pelanggan setiap satu bulan sekali dilakukan bersamaan dengan pembacaan meter air utama yang ada di masing-masing DMA. Akumulasi perhitungan air terjual dari setiap meter air pelanggan seharusnya sama dengan air yang terbaca di meter air induk (meter air DMA). Jika terdapat ketidaksamaan, maka diketahui bahwa terdapat kebocoran di DMA tersebut. Selama ini, perencanaan DMA hanya didasarkan oleh kemampuan teknik dan pengalaman lapangan staf yang berkecimpung dalam merencanakan DMA. Peneliti-peneliti tengah melakukan penelitian mengenai perencanaan DMA menggunakan algoritma. Kemudian hasilnya disimulasikan dan dapat diketahui dampak dari perencanaan DMA itu sebelum DMA diimplementasikan. Kata Kunci-DMA, algoritma, kehilangan air, kebocoran fisik.
AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap dana pihak ketiga melalui nisbah bagi hasil pada bank umum syariah selama periode triwulan I tahun 2012 sampai dengan triwulan II tahun 2015. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 7 perusahaan, dimana diambil sesuai kriteria tertentu yaitu perusahaan perbankan umum syariah yang masih terdaftar selama periode pengamatan 2012-2015 yang menerbitkan laporan keuangan triwulan selama periode penelitian Kemudian pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan partial least square (PLS) 3.2.4 . Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara statistik kinerja keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap dana pihak ketiga, kinerja keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nisbah bagi hasil, nisbah bagi hasil tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap dana pihak ketiga dan kinerja keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap dana pihak ketiga melalui nisbah bagi hasil. Effect of Financial Performance on Deposits of Third Party Funds Through Profit Sharing (Case Study of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia Period 2012-2015) AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the financial performance of third party funds through revenue sharing on Islamic banks during the period of the first quarter of 2012 until the second quarter 2015. The number of samples in this study are 7 companies, which are taken according to specific criteria banking company sharia is still registered during the observation period 2012-2015 which publishes quarterly financial reports during the study period Then hypothesis testing is done by using partial least square (PLS) 3.2.4. The results showed that a statistically significant effect on the financial performance of third party funds, financial performance significant effect on revenue sharing, profit sharing ratio did not significantly affect third-party funds and financial performance did not significantly affect third-party funds through revenue sharing.
Pesantren is an Indonesian traditional education institution based on Islamic values or often calledtraditional pesantren. It initially focuses on learning that is only limited to morality and politeness values,which make pesantren considered backward in the academic side and science by Indonesian society.However, at the beginning of the twentieth century, there was a term 'modern' pesantren which combinedmoral, academic and scientific values as the learning focus, such as communication, collaboration, criticalthinking, creativity and innovative skills that make its graduates ready to face twenty-first-centurychallenges. This paper tries to portray on how pesantren, both traditional and modern pesantren, preparesand navigates their students to master the twenty-first-century skills namely communication,collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity to tackle future challenges. The researchers conductedinterviews with nine students of Faculty of Islamic Studies, Universitas Islam Indonesia who previouslyspent their high school years in either traditional or modern pesantren. We are finding that pesantrenalthough the types, traditional and modern will strive the world's dynamic, since pesantren's core valueshave successfully shaped attitudes and disciplines of it is alumni, and the involvement in religiousteaching in pesantren is essential and undebatable because it is the foundation of all knowledge taught.This research will provide valuable information regarding pesantren responding to modernity as Islamiceducation is supposed to consider the improvement of the learning process within preparing it is alumni toface the twenty-first-century challenges without forgetting it is identity.
