The framework of the study was underpinned with Theory X and Theory Y. Total of 191 finalized responses out of 250 were gathered from professionals working on leadership roles in national and multinational organizations of the beverages industry of Pakistan. SMARTPLS was used for analyzing the validity and reliability of constructs and hypothesis testing. All hypotheses were accepted which shows the significant relationships of the proposed framework of the study, except the relationship between autocratic leadership and work engagement along with its mediating correlation with organizational trust. In practical terms, the findings of this research will assist management and organization in enhancing their focus on policy-making based on the perspectives of professional workers.
The banking sector continues to face intense competitive pressures in a global economy where customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and service quality continue to be critical factors. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Additionally, in order to fill the empirical literature gap, the role of social media has been examined as a moderator. 230 retail banking customers from Pakistan were chosen as a representative sample. Using the structured questionnaire, convenient (non-probability) sampling was employed to gather primary data from the target population. A statistical analysis of the collected data was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings of the study revealed that customer loyalty is significantly influenced by service quality and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, social media also influences the correlations between service quality and customer satisfaction with consumer loyalty. This study will provide retail banking management and strategists with various useful insights about how to manage service quality and customer satisfaction in relation to customer loyalty.

Design/Methodology/Approach: To collect data from the 196 female teachers of secondary schools in Pakistan, a questionnaire was distributed using a convenient sampling technique. In order to analyze the collected data from the designated sample of the target population, an inferential statistical technique known as Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was employed. Findings: Based on the findings of the study, employee engagement and work culture have a positive correlation with transformational leadership. The correlation between employee engagement and work culture with transformational leadership was also significantly mediated by work life balance. Implications/Originality/Value: When professionals practice work life balance, employees' transformational leadership begins to rise in secondary educational institutions. Design/Methodology/Approach: This study adopted quantitative approach using questionnaires. The data was collected from 203 employees working in Telecommunication companies of Pakistan. The selection criterion of the respondents was based on convenient random sampling. Statistical analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Findings: The findings revealed that Employee Perception and HRM Strategies significantly impact Employee Career Development. At the same time, Barriers towards career development also have insignificant impact on Employee Career Development. Implications/Originality/Value: This study shall significantly contribute in developing the fair Human Resource Management (HRM) strategies, positive employee perception and that can improve the performance of employees and help them develop the skills they need to establish a human resource sector.

Design/Methodology/Approach: A quantitative approach was adopted, while a convenience sampling technique was used for data collection. The results were analyzed using the SmartPLS and SPSS, i.e., Partial Least Square, and the Measurement Model included Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Factor Loadings. Findings: According to the findings of our study, transactional (TRLS) and transformational leadership (TFLS) are positively correlated with employee performance. Thus, transformational and transactional leadership positively affect employee performance in Pakistan’s FMCG sector Implications/Originality/Value: This study shall help the directors, top management, and executives working in the leadership roles to develop better pathways for achieving high objectives in terms of performance.
