Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara profitabilitas, pertunbuhan perusahaan dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2014 hingga tahun 2018. Penelitian ini dibuat karena masih adanya perbedaan hasil penelitian antara yang satu dengan lainnya serta adanya fluktuasi nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2014–2018. Sedangkan sampel pada penelitian ini 37 perusahaan pada sektor industri barang konsumsi yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas, pertumbuhan perusahaan dan likuiditas secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap nilai berusahaan. Secara parsial profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, pertumbuhan perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dan likuiditas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

The technology applied by companies in transactions must pay attention to aspects of behavior. Researchers use the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as the main model of research. The researcher's goal is to determine the effect of several Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) variables on the intention to use financial technology as a means of payment. The data used by researchers are data from 118 students of the Faculty of Economics, Tidar University. Researchers use primary data by distributing questionnaires to students to determine the effect of each variable studied. The validity test used by researchers is the Corrected Item-Total Correlation value, while for the reliability test the Cronbach Alfa Test is used. Researchers use multiple linear regression methods in analyzing data and variables. Researchers found that the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived benefits on the intention to use financial technology in simultaneous transactions and had a significant effect. Likewise, partially, for each variable influences the intention to use financial technology in transactions and reliability.

ABSTRAK Di masa pandemi Covid-19 destinasi wisata mengalami penurunan kunjungan wisatawan. Kondisi tersebut juga terjadi di kawasan Balkondes Borobudur. Dengan adanya kebijakan CHSE dari Pemerintah dan kecenderungan perubahan perilaku wisatawan di masa pandemi Covid-19, maka perlu diketahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi minat berkunjung wisatawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh daya tarik wisata, kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan di kawasan Balkondes Borobudur. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dari 100 responden berdasarkan metode convenience sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya tarik wisata justru tidak mempengaruhi minat berkunjung wisatawan, sedangkan kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan dapat meningkatkan minat berkunjung wisatawan. Hasil tersebut memberikan implikasi manajerial bagi pengelola destinasi wisata di kawasan Balkondes Borobudur untuk menerapkan layanan berbasis protokol kesehatan dan meningkatkan kepercayaan wisatawan melalui sertifikasi CHSE. Kata kunci: daya tarik wisata, kualitas pelayanan, kepercayaan wisatawan, minat berkunjung wisatawan ABSTRACT During the Covid-19 pandemic, the number of tourist visits to tourism destinations declined. This condition also occurs in the Balkondes Borobudur area. Based on these, it is necessary to know what factors influence tourist interest in visiting because the Government also create CHSE policy and the trend of changing tourist behavior during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine the effect of tourist attraction, service quality, and trust on the interest of visiting tourists in the Balkondes Borobudur area. This study uses primary data from 100 respondents based on the convenience sampling method. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that tourist attractions did not affect the interest of visiting tourists, while the quality of service and trust could increase the interest of visiting tourists. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh struktur modal terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2014-2018. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 11 perusahaan pertambangan yang memenuhi kriteria penarikan sampel. Variabel independen adalah struktur modal, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah profitabilitas. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi, selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan persamaan regresi linier berganda yang diolah melalui program software SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian memberikan bukti bahwa debt to equity ratio memiliki hubungan negatif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Sementara debt to asset ratio serta longterm debt to equity ratio tidak memiliki peran dalam menjelaskan profitabilitas.

This research aims to examine the determination of concentration and type of ownership on the performance and risks of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2000-2018. This research was quantitative research using panel data regression analysis methods. The main characteristic of panel data regression analysis is the use of the Hausman test. Data were obtained and collaborated from several data providers such as Osiris, Bloomberg, and the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan or OJK) website. Secondary data were collected from 42 banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) using a purposive sampling technique. The data was processed using Stata software. The ownership concentration was measured using the Herfindahl-Hirschman Index (HHI) and foreign and domestic ownership as the proxy using the dummy variable. To measure bank performance, this research was used ROA and ROE proxy while the standard deviation of returns was used to measure bank risks. The results of the research showed that there was no effect of ownership concentration on bank performance. Also, domestic ownership has a positive effect on bank performance. In terms of risks, ownership concentration has a positive effect on bank risks. The more concentrated the ownership of the bank, the bank will more at risks. Besides, foreign and domestic ownership affects bank risks. Foreign ownership has a positive effect on bank risks. The level of foreign ownership of the bank affects bank risks. High foreign ownership puts the bank at risk.
