Modern life today has many problems faced by workers where work and family conflicts are some factors that have a considerable influence. Conflicts between work and family can have an impact on employee performance. To improve the performance of a company requires high employee performance. Companies to have human resources which have high performance, high-quality human resources are needed and to get good quality human resources, high self-efficacy is required. This study aims to analyze the effect of dual role conflict on the performance of female employees in banking which is moderated by self-efficacy. This type of research is quantitative research. The research population is all female employees who work in banking. According to the criteria, the data collection technique used a questionnaire by taking 100 respondents, namely working for at least one year and already married. The analytical tool used in this study uses Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the study results, the results in the first model showed that the multiple role conflict variable had a negative and significant effect on employee performance. The second model shows that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The third model shows that self-efficacy is not a moderating variable between dual role conflict and employee performance
The Covid-19 pandemic has made most economic sectors, especially micro and small enterprises, stagnant and even bankrupt. This situation is what makes micro and small business enterprises change their sales strategy through digitalization schemes. The Covid-19 pandemic has indirectly prompted new changes in Indonesia's business style. Social media and marketplaces can become a new concept to make it easier for micro and small business actors to get more comprehensive marketing access. This study aims to initiate an ideal digital marketing adoption model for micro and small enterprise to restore economic conditions to their original state. The research method is an exploratory qualitative approach using primary data obtained from observations and interviews. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the criteria of the sources being micro and small business actors assisted by the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs of Semarang, Surakarta, Grobogan, Pemalang, Purworejo. The flow of research analysis is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of this study indicate two alternative solution models, including training and startup development and training and scaleup development. The urgency of this research allows the government to carry out single submission online program management to minimize errors and monitor program progress. This solution model is expected to be a role model based on ta'awun (mutual relations) for other provincial governments in empowering micro and small business actors to become more optimal based on appropriate technology.
Digital marketing is the answer to internationalization several obstacles of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in dealing with the society 5.0 era market dynamics. The virtual world has emerged as a promising platform for various marketing activities can significantly encourage MSMEs to improve business performance. The research aims to improve business performance by implementing a digital marketing sustainability model so it can be a solution for MSMEs to penetrate the international market in the society 5.0 era. The research method is an exploratory qualitative approach by collecting data based on in-depth interviews with related informants. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, in which the main criteria are MSMEs assisted by the Central Java Government. The research analysis flow is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results show the "TUWO" solution model can be implemented in two ways, including (1) education and increasing digital marketing knowledge; (2) mentoring and business model development. This research implies a multiplier effect by improving MSME business performance at the international level through the government's role in facilitating online single submission programs to monitors in an integrated manner, so another government can adopt the successful implementation later of the "TUWO" model.
Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pengelola Panti Asuhan Riyaadlul Jannah Semarang terkait dengan kelangsungan usaha online anak-anak asuh yang cenderung stagnan akibat kurangnya pemahaman dalam perolehan engagement di pasar. Brand image merupakan salah satu elemen penting yang harus dimiliki oleh pengusaha era digital agar mampu terus eksis dipasar dan tidak mudah tergerus oleh pendatang baru ataupun pesaing lainnya. Solusi yang ditawarkan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pendidikan secara komprehensif tentang pembuatan konten digital menarik di media sosial dan pelatihan serta pendampingan yang dimulai dari pembuatan akun media sosial, penentuan jenis konten, hingga caption menarik yang mampu membentuk brand image dan menghasilkan engagement positif. Target luaran yang ingin dicapai adalah peningkatan kemampuan dan kreativitas anak asuh mengelola konten digital pada media sosial akan berdampak terhadap pembentukan brand image toko online dan meningkatnya engagement. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah IbM (IPTEKS bagi Masyarakat) yang dilakukan melalui pendidikan dan arahan secara komunikasi dua arah (duplex), dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan keterampilan dan pendampingan pembentukan brand image melalui konten digital yang menarik dimedia sosial.
The most important thing that needs to be considered in a pandemic is the economic sector recovery mechanism due to the lockdown policy, especially in Indonesia. This lockdown policy is an anticipatory step from the Government to the chainbreak of Covid-19s spread. The application of digital marketing at a strategic level is carried out as an alternative solution to traditional marketing becomes more comprehensive. So, this research aims to build and develop a model that is ideal for micro-enterprises adoption in Indonesia. This research uses an exploratory qualitative approach. Data sources were obtained through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The micro-enterprise adoption process comprises (1) the initiation phase, (2) the decision-making phase, and (3) the outcomes phase. The advantages of this program are (1) increase trust from existing customers and acquiring potential new customers, (2) novelty in technological sophistication, (3) expanding market share, and (4) increasing competitiveness.
