Relatar a experiência acadêmica de uma educação em saúde sobre a dengue realizada em uma escola Estadual no município de Belém-PA. Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo e descritivo, do tipo relato de experiência, relatando a educação em saúde sobre a dengue, desenvolvida no interior de uma escola Estadual no município de Belém-PA, com a participação de alunos do 6º ano, realizada por uma equipe multiprofissional de graduandos. A ação educativa se dividiu em basicamente dois momentos, o primeiro foi o que trouxe aos alunos uma abordagem mais teórica sobre a dengue, e o outro se caracterizou como um momento mais prático. No primeiro momento e dia da ação os alunos puderam sanar suas dúvidas e contaram suas vivências e fatos em relação a dengue após a explanação do assunto. Os alunos também fizeram uma produção do que foi exposto pelos graduandos e nessa produção, foi perceptível observar a criatividade e aprendizagem dos alunos enquanto ao assunto abordado, pois nos desenhos, pinturas, cartazes feitos por eles tinham aspectos da dengue que foram relatados previamente como, por exemplo, o mosquito, onde eles podem se reproduzir e outros. Além disso houve o momento mais prático da ação, onde os alunos paramentados com EPIs foram em busca dos possíveis focos dos mosquitos dentro do ambiente escolar. Conclui-se então que um olhar integral da metodologia expôs que os alunos irão atuar como pontarias de dissipação de medidas preventivas contra a dengue.
Introdução : A sífilis é uma doença infectocontagiosa que ocasiona o comprometimento sistêmico quando não tratada. O desconhecimento sobre a mesma e suas características torna sua presença mais proeminente tendo significativa presença quantitativa de cunho epidemiológico. No contexto da Atenção Primária à Saúde, a Enfermagem institui um importante papel na promoção das estratégias de enfrentamento à doença, como: práticas preventivas, diagnóstico oportuno e tratamento completo e adequado da sífilis, de acordo com o indivíduo doente. Objetivos: Descrever as condutas de enfermeiros diante da prevenção e diagnóstico da sífilis nas Unidades Básicas de Saúde. Métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão de literatura. A busca da literatura ocorreu nas bases de dados SCIELO, PUBMED e BVS. Por meio de artigos publicados entre os anos 2017 a 2021 no idioma português. Resultados/Discussão: Para que ocorra o diagnóstico precoce no Brasil tem-se investido na ampliação da rede de Atenção Primária à Saúde por meio da Estratégia Saúde da Família, com uma rede de prevenção e controle da sífilis e dos demais agravos à saúde. Desse modo, foi possível visualizar a necessidade de conhecimentos sobre o diagnóstico, tratamento da sífilis para sensibilizar medidas preventivas aos infectados, haja vista que o controle da doença com medidas de promoção e prevenção na comunidade são cruciais para a minimização desse problema. Para tanto, promover práticas de educação em saúde facilita a obtenção do diagnóstico precoce do paciente e parceiro sexual. Ademais, fatores de vulnerabilidade, como os casos de garotos(as) de programa devem ser verificados, pois os preconceitos enraizados no meio social se perpetuam para os cuidados médicos, colaborando para a negligência com esse público. Conclusão: Conclui-se que é primordial o poderio intelectual dos profissionais sobre a temática, principalmente do enfermeiro, devido ao contato direto que estes apresentam com os seus clientes para que possam direcionar os mesmos de modo assertivo. Outrossim, faz-se necessário a presença de estudos nessa vertente, tendo em vista o reduzido número de artigos para a revisão. Sendo assim, melhorando o conhecimento sobre a sífilis e diminuindo o quantitativo de infectados.
