This study aims to determine: 1) How Information Literacy Strengthening Program for students in primary IAIN Cirebon. 2) Strengthening Program Implementation Based Information Literacy Libraries For students in primary IAIN Cirebon. 3) Strengthening the Effectiveness of Information Literacy Library Based on Academic Quality Improvement in primary students IAIN Cirebon.This research is classroom action research. The stages in the cycle of action research are: Planning, Implementation of the action, Observations and Reflections. The location research is on PGMI S1 IAIN SNJ Cirebon by using purposive sampling. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews, questionnaires and tests. Given the Action Research study using a combined approach of qualitative and quantitative. The data analysis starts from the field by using descriptive analytic method that is compiled by describing, interpreting the data and analyze all the things that are the focus of this research.The results showed that: 1) Based on the results of observations and Collecting data elements that must be considered in implementing the information literacy program, the target or targets, the needs of students, the method to be used, the material to be conveyed, human resources and facilities that support the technology. 2) Strengthening program implementation based library information literacy is integrated in teaching and learning activities in the classroom. 3) There is an increased effective against academic grades of students in primary after they were given reinforcement program of action based library information literacy Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan tahapan siklus: perencanaan, penerapan, observasi dan refleksi. Penelitia mengambil lokasi di S1 PGMI IAIN SNJ Cirebon dengan menggunakan metode sampel bertujuan. Pengambilan data menggunakan metode obserfasi, wawancara, kuesionair dan tes. Analisis data yang digunakan merupakan kombinasi antara pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, 1)Unsur yang harus diperhatikan dalam melaksanakan program literasi informasi, yakni target atau sasaran, kebutuhan mahasiswa, metode yang akan digunakan, materi yang akan disampaikan, sumber daya manusia serta fasilitas teknologi yang mendukung. 2) Implementasi program penguatan literasi informasi berbasis perpustakaan ini terintegrasi dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas. 3) Terdapat peningkatan yang efektif terhadap nilai akademis mahasiswa PGMI setelah mereka diberikan tindakan program penguatan literasi informasi berbasis perpustakaan
The study is to provide an alternative science learning model of an elementary school that can invite students to improve science literacy. As observations and questionnaires of researchers in a preliminary study at two elementary schools in the city of Cirebon, West Java, it was found that based on the average results of the initial analysis of scientific literacy tests of students from the two schools, an average of 85.7% showed negative results with the ability to answer the practice of science questions in the form of literacy, which means that students have not been able to answer literacy questions test. The research method uses model development the ASSURE development model starting with Student analysis; setting goals; choose a method, media / material, use media & material; activating student involvement as well as evaluations & revisions developed by Sharon Smaldino. As for the preliminary study conducted by analyzing 5th-grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) PGM and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) An-Nur Cirebon as samples and also observing teachers from the two schools, so this research produces a SIBELPOLEN model for science learning, which consists of teaching syntax, teacher roles, support system, accompaniment impact, instructional impact and designing lesson plans that can improve Science literacy competence of elementary school students.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan alternatif model pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) di sekolah dasar dalam meningkatkan literasi sains pada siswa. Hasil observasi dan angket peneliti dalam studi pendahuluan di dua Sekolah Dasar di Kota Cirebon Jawa Barat diketahui bahwa berdasarkan rata-rata hasil analisis awal tes literasi sains siswa dari dua sekolah tersebut rata-rata 85,7% menunjukkan hasil negatif dengan kemampuan menjawab soal latihan soal IPA berupa literasi yang artinya siswa belum mampu menjawab soal tes literasi. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan pengembangan model ASSURE yang diawali dengan Student analysis; menetapkan tujuan; pilih metode, media / material, gunakan media & material; mengaktifkan keterlibatan siswa serta evaluasi & revisi yang dikembangkan oleh Sharon Smaldino. This study discusses about the internalization of character education for children in the creative aspects and values, as well as concern for the environment communicative approach to environment learning in school. The method used is a qualitative approach to the strategy of inductive-empirical, that starts with the data collected from teachers and students of class IVA based on real experience be it speech or conduct research subjects as well as the ground situation there is to be formulated into the concept of a general nature with the aim of to serve what was then analyzed using the technique of interpreting that this study could improve the learning situation is the responsibility of the author with a focus on the application and implications of Character education for children through the environment learning with a sample of SDN 238 Palembang grade 4. The results of this research are the implementation of character education for Children with environment learning in SDN 238 Palembang grade 4 uses five phase consists of stages generating interest (engagement), exploration, an explanation, elaboration or extension and evaluation can be done in simple ways, namely by visit any place or any environment that can be used as a learning resource. As for the implications that the author got from the observation results include the increase of some positive character values such as caring for the environment by inviting them to visit the surroundings and learning resources whatever is closest to the school, either paddy or learning resources and other simple, so that with the approach of environment learning, children motivated, more creative, confident, able to communicate well and began to emerge a sense of concern for the environment.
This study aims to trace and examine the antecedent perspectives and the consequences of online learning portraits in elementary schools during the pandemic by reviewing research articles published in reputable journals. Due to educators' efforts to reduce learning loss, it is hoped that it will be able to become an analytical force concerning driving causes and influencing factors. This research used a systematic literature review approach which uses published resources in the form of books, journals, and other scientific works. Analytical techniques are carried out through descriptive analysis techniques from online literature searches. In addition to using traceability, researchers also use biometric techniques with the VosViewer Visualization application. The goal is to biometrically map variables that are closely related to antecedents and consequences. After searching on Google Scholar, Ebsco, and Crossref using the keywords "Online Learning" AND "Pandemic Covid" AND "Learning Loss, researchers found 100 reputable journal articles (indexed by Scopus) that were relevant to the keyword. Of the 100 journal articles found, 22 journal articles were screened, while 22 journal articles were excluded because there were no full-text articles. As a result of the feasibility or compatibility examination of 78 full-text journals, 68 articles were found to be unfit due to duplications and/or failure to match the criteria, leaving 10 full-text journal articles that could be examined. The result obtained from the data analysis is that the factors of using online learning are the replacement of learning spaces in the classroom becoming classless and limitless. Besides that, the readiness in adapting online learning is also an important part of the expected changes because teachers are expected to also be able to accompany students in online learning. In the previous stage, the author has developed the SIBELPOLEN model (positive learning environment-based learning cycle), the author has conducted several trials related to the analysis of the results of student responses to the development of this model, which in the next stage becomes the focus and purpose of this paper. The question in this research is how to analyze MI students' responses to the Sibelpolen model. This writing uses a qualitative approach, with qualitative descriptive analysis. The data processing and data analysis is done through observation sheet instruments, questionnaire sheets and interview results. In analyzing the qualitative data in this research, the authors process the data by utilizing the N-Vivo 12 Plus software, both the results of interviews, responses, learning activities, and learning outcomes of children's science literacy at the elementary school level. Sources of data were taken from students from 2 Madrasah, namely from MI PGM and MI An-Nur located in the city of Cirebon with a total of 57 children. The findings from the data showed that 88.69% of students gave a positive response regarding the Sibelpolen model in science learning. The indicator can be seen from the results of students' answers which are more systematic and varied in terms of understanding critical thinking abilities, these findings also show that students can easily strengthen their memories and provide explanations about the material that has been delivered. The implication of applying this sibelpolen model is that it can foster positive emotions in children with a positive learning approach.
<p class="07KatakunciKeywords"><span lang="EN-US">The purpose of this study is to reveal whether or not there is a relationship and the strong relationship between teacher achievement motivation and teacher work performance, to reveal whether or not there is a relationship and the strong relationship between teacher reasoning abilities and teacher work performance. The population in this study were all teachers at MA in Indramayu district totaling 155 respondents with 30 respondents. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between achievement motivation and teacher work performance. Both go hand in hand, meaning that the higher the achievement motivation, the higher the teacher's work performance. </span><span lang="EN">Thus, the contribution of this study includes nopositive relationship between reasoning ability and teacher work performance. There is a positive relationship between achievement motivation and reasoning ability with teacher work achievement. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara motivasi berprestasi dengan prestasi kerja guru. Keduanya berjalan beriringan, artinya semakin tinggi motivasi berprestasi, semakin tinggi prestasi kerja guru. Dengan demikian kontribusi penelitian ini antara lain tidak ada hubungan positif antara kemampuan penalaran dengan prestasi kerja guru. Terdapat hubungan positif antara motivasi prestasi dan kemampuan penalaran dengan prestasi kerja guru. Kedua variabel independen berjalan beriringan dengan variabel dependen, semakin tinggi prestasi kerja guru</span><span lang="ES">.</span></p>
