For most of its history, The International Law has been State nation centred. However, Now We can not think the international policy without a post-national level. So the Globalization claims this new level. In this paper, I will show Rawls's model. The position I defend is that the propose of Rawls is unsatisfactory. I will show how Rawls rejects the cosmopolitism and substantive idea of justice in the international law. Both refusal prevent to pay attention to priority international problem: the eradication of the poverty.Key words: International Law, postnational society, cosmopolitism, poverty, justice.[Recibido: Abr. 11 / Aceptado: Ene. 12] 265 I. ¿El derecho internacional defendido por Rawls responde a los desafíos de la denominada sociedad global?
This citizen has to know the consequences of our current globalization. This paper proposes to target globalization towards a new Enlightenment. This new Enlightenment will have to achieve what all promises of the Enlightenment aim: the emancipation of the human being. I will show that Philosophy and Novel are two necessary tools. We can reflect on our ethical and political problems with the help of Philosophy and Novel in order to achieve emancipation. I will use a hermeneutical methodology on certain philosophical and literary texts in order to argue my proposal.
