This research seeks to investigate consumer perceptions of mobile advertising value that appears on their mobile devices, how their attitude towards these advertisements, and how consumers purchase intention in the advertised product. Furthermore, this study also tries to uncover the influence of advertising value on consumer attitudes and their impact on purchase intention. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method by applying the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique to the primary data, which is obtained through questionnaires. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with a total of 200 respondents. The findings of this research showed that respondent's perception of mobile advertising value is differ based on its dimensions, the entertainment level of mobile advertising value is "low", the informativeness level are "moderate", while the irritation level is "high". In the other hand, respondent's attitude on mobile advertising are "moderate", while respondent's purchase intention on mobile advertising products are surprisingly "low". This research also found that the variables Irritation and Informativeness has significance influence on advertising attitude, while entertainment has no significance influence on advertising value.
This study was aimed to find out which factors that become the most influence on customers switching behavior for online transportation and how the impact on their satisfaction and loyalty for future consumption. Transportation service is one of the service industry sectors that play a strategic role in human life. The intense competition in the online transportation industry and the various choice of brands in the market make the consumers easy to switch from their current product to other brand products. The research method used in this study was a quantitative method, with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique using SMART PLS 2.0 software. The sampling method used was accidental sampling with 400 respondents. The results of the study showed that the contribution of price, promotion and e-service quality simultaneously influenced on which directly affected customer satisfaction was 64.9%. Whereas, the results of the study also showed the contribution of price, promotion, e-service quality and customer satisfaction simultaneously influenced on which directly affected customer loyalty was 48.3%. E-service quality has the biggest impact on customer satisfaction by 30.69%; meanwhile, promotion has the biggest impact on loyalty by 3.17%.
This research explores the use of debate activities which are implemented in an Indonesian high school. The aim of this research was to find out students' perception on the use of debate activities in improving students' speaking skills. The participants of this research were eight students participating in a debate extracurricular club in a public school. It was a descriptive-qualitative research. The data were collected through observations, questionnaires, and interviews. There were three observations in the debate activities. After that, the researchers distributed the questionnaires to the students. Interviews were conducted with eight students. The research result showed that debate activities enriched students' vocabulary, improved students' confidence, and helped students to become better public speakers.
Device-to-Device (D2D) underlaying communication system is a solution in reducing the workload of eNodeB and increasing the system data rate. This communication system consists of two users, namely Cellular User Equipment (CUE) and D2D pair, where CUE will share its resources with the D2D pair. This sharing resources also causes interference and should be managed using the resource allocation algorithm. In this work, the resource allocation scheme occurs in a single cell with an uplink communication direction. The resource allocation process uses greedy and joint greedy algorithms. After CUE allocates all of its resources, SARSA algorithm performs the power allocation process. The resource allocation process involves the scheduled CUE and D2D pair. After all the resource and power are allocated, parameter performance of the system is calculated. Based on the work results, joint greedy algorithm with power allocation using SARSA algorithm have performance results 1.375 × 107 bps/Watt in energy efficiency, 43.105 bps/Hz in spectral efficiency, and 0.993 in D2D fairness index.
Saat ini konsumen dihadapkan dengan banyak pilihan cara untuk memenuhi keinginan dankebutuhannya. Situs belanja online seolah-olah menjadi satu cara cepat untuk dapat memenuhihasrat belanja konsumen. Shopee memiliki beragam kategori produk yang ditawarkan kepadakonsumen. Kerjasama antara Shopee dengan endorsement juga tampak sebagai upaya untukmenjaga eksistensi tren di bidang yang semakin luas. Pada penelitian ini juga tampak bahwaterdapat keragaman latar belakang yang menaungi masing-masing kepribadian konsumen untukmenggunakan market place ini. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan metodewawancara mendalam. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari enam informan dengan latar belakang perilakukonsumen yang berbeda-beda. Analisis dilakukan dengan membagi dua jenis data yakni data primerdari wawancara langsung, dan data sekunder dari artikel yang relevan. Proses pengambilankeputusan pembelian para konsumen dalam membeli produk dalam situs belanja Shopee dilakukandengan beragam cara berdasarkan latar belakang dan keinginan dari dalam diri masing-masing. Olehkarena pengambilan keputusan yang dilakukan oleh konsumen menjadi berbeda-beda seiringberubahnya pola belanja saat ini. Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Perikanan (Dispakan) adalah salah satu lembaga teknis daerah di Kabupaten Bandung. Tugas utama Dispakan adalah menjadi unit pelaksana tugas pemerintah daerah dalam memastikan program-program ketahanan pangan dan perikanan bisa berjalan di Kabupaten Bandung. Saat ini terdapat delapan puluh empat mitra binaan yang tergabung dalam paguyuban usaha kecil menengah yang memproduksi olahan pangan. Jumlah tersebut adalah jumlah mitra yang sudah terdata dan masih mungkin akan bertambah. Terdapat enam puluh empat produk hasil diversifikasi usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) sebagai upaya menciptakan keanekaragaman pangan agar dapat berpotensi menjadi produk unggulan Kabupaten Bandung. Namun, sebagian besar mitra binaan masih menggunakan media konvensional seperti pameran dan brosur untuk promosi produk. Selain itu, saat ini, pendataan anggota mitra binaan masih dilakukan menggunakan file MS Excel sehingga memiliki kelemahan seperti kerentanan duplikasi, konsistensi, dan kesulitan berbagi data. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan membangun content management system sebagai media promosi sekaligus pendataan mitra binaan dan produk-produknya. Kegiatan terbagi menjadi tiga tahap yaitu pengumpulan data, pembangunan aplikasi, dan sosialisasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan kepuasan masyarakat sasar terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan.Kata Kunci: content management system; Dispakan; promosi produk, UKM Development of Content Management System for Product Branding Media Bandung Regency Regional Small and Medium Enterprises AssociationABSTRACTThe Department of Food and Fisheries (Dispakan) is one of the regional technical institutions in Bandung. The main task of the Dispakan is to become the representation unit of the local government in ensuring that food and fisheries security programs in Bandung Area. At present, there are eighty-four fostered partners who are members of the small and medium business community that produces foods. This number is the number of partners that have been recorded and may still increase. There are sixty four products from the diversification of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as an effort to create food diversity so that it can potentially become a superior product in Bandung. However, most of the fostered partners still use conventional media such as exhibitions and brochures for product promotion. In addition, at present, the data collection of members of the fostered partners is still done using MS Excel files so that it has weaknesses such as duplication, consistency, and difficulty sharing data. Based on the existing problems, this community service activity aims to build a content management system as a media campaign as well as data collection of fostered partners and their products. The activities are divided into three stages, namely data collection, application development, and workshop.
