Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan : (1) Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja guru terhadap komitmen kerja guru MIN 2 Sinjai, (2). Pengaruh kepuasan kerja guru terhadap komitmen kerja guru MIN 2 Sinjai, (3). Pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja guru terhadap komitmen kerja guru MIN 2 Sinjai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ekspost facto menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan jumlah populasi 25 orang guru dan adapun yang menjadi sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 25 orang. Data yang diambil dengan menggunakan angket yang diberikan kepada guru MIN 2 Sinjai. Pengolahan data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan taraf signifikan 95%. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1). Motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja guru pada MIN 2 Sinjai. Hal ini ditunjukkan melalui hasil hipotesis untuk variabel motivasi kerja ditemukan nilai t=1,964 dan sig =0,002. Oleh karena nilai sig 0,002 < 0,05, maka H0 ditolak sedangkan H1 diterima yang artinya variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja guru pada MIN 2 Sinjai. (2). Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja guru pada MIN 2 Sinjai . Hal ini di tunjukkan melalui hasil uji hipotesis di temukan nilai t = 0,949 dan sig = 0,003. Oleh karena nilai sig 0,003 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak sedangkan H1 diterima yang artinya variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja guru pada MIN 2 Sinjai. (3). Motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap komitmen kerja guru pada MIN 2 Sinjai, hal ini ditunjukkan melalui hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan (uji F) di temukan nilai F hitung = 9,426 dan signifikansi 0,001. Oleh karena nilai sig 0,001 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak sedangkan H1 diterima yang artinya terdapat pengaruh selanjutnya dari uji koefesien determinasi (R2) ditemukan nilai R Square = 0,461 artinya mampu mempengaruhi sebesar 46,1 % (pengaruh cukup).
