The generic theory of social innovation appeared in early 2000. Therefore, the role of social innovation was been increased in last decades in the light of macroeconomic transformation of World economy and the great development of social networks. Under social networking new business activites appear in the globalized market, even known as social business. Most programmes of the European Commision have orientation on a high speed of knowledge transfering from scientific research system to business or public life. New organization models of business use a tremendous amount of social information and usually social networks serve for the greater impact on improving structure of business environment and implementation of digital managerial solutions. Social networking serves for production of new knowledge and creation of the new ecosystems for social innovation. The authors of this article are presenting the new aspects of social innovation performance by using the content analysis for identification the role and functions of social innovation under digitalization of business environment. The research is focused on the clarification of social networking effects and better understanding why social innovation is becoming so powerful tool for business start-ups and social communication. The content analysis is used in case to highlight the comparative aspects of social innovation in different economical activities.
Recruitment is an essential part of the employees' acquisition function of human resource management. It is a base for many practices related to searching, interviewing, hiring and training the new employees. An effective usage of recruitment and selection methods for the company can save time and costs involved in the hiring. A wide literature sources emphasized that the recruitment process is a multitasking and competence required process, especially when the performance of the company is in the scope of the research. This paper examined the recruitment process and selection methods from the aspect of its practical used in Poland and Lithuania. The main objective of this paper was to explore the recruitment and selection methods performance for improving the process of recruitment. The research was carried out trough literature and empirical research based on focus group interview and expert evaluation. Methodology used in the research included statistical techniques of descriptive statistics was performed by STATISTICA program.

Siekiant daugeliu aspektų įvertinti AIS efektyvumą siūloma naudoti daugiakriterinės analizės metodus. Siūlomo AIS efektyvumo vertinimo modelio taikymo galimybės išbandytos vertinant Lietuvos miškų urėdijų apskaitos informacines sistemas.
At the age of second-generation agreements, the European Union is going to achieve a number of new trade deals, as well as others country, first of all the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement treated with Canada. A significant part of the debating about CETA is focused on the real need or not to reach new deal and add more liberalization, in particular regarding the Agri-food goods. EU, and above all Italy, can boast a number of excellent export Agri-food processed product, such as wine, cheese and pasta; at the same time, Italy has a need of primary goods, like wheat. Revealed Competitive Advantage is an indicator of the importance of a specific product and, specifically, it’s used to identify the advantage or disadvantage of a trade flow. Some of the main Italian products exported in Canada have been analysed, just like the main imported product from Canada, the wheat; as opposed to EU-28 import of Durum wheat, the other trades have showed a comparative advantage in trade. Finally, in three cases, Italy proves greater advantages in respect with the EU.
