This article is a review on attributes, models and tools used to solve the problem of predicting students' academic performance. Based on the reference throughout 2009, the attributes used include demographic, academic grades, school related and social attributes. The academic score attributes are the results of the percipient along their studies, while the school-related attributes are result for few subject taken in high school. Demographic and social attributes are family background and the daily interactions of respondents. These tools are supporting a lot of rule mining algorithms like clustering, classification and association, to use on datasets of different types.
Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Telaga Waru Kecamatan Praya tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 pada semester II siswa kelas IV terdiri dari 26 siswa diantaranya 16 laki dan 10 perempuan dengan menggunakan metode Recitation pada materi membaca surat Al’Falaq yang dapat mudah difahami serta menarik dan membuat peserta didik fokus dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, tiap siklusnya terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada pada siklus I menuju siklus II meningkat sebesar 16,9 poin ,serta ketuntasan belajar pada siklus I sebesar 54 % meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 92 % terjadi peningkatan sebesar 38 poin dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode Recitation dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pada pelajaran PAI materi membaca Surat Al’ .falaq
