The study has a purpose to determine obesity and heredity in diabetes mellitus case among elderly in Bengkulu. The method in this study was descriptive correlation design with the total samples were 42 elderly in Primary Health Center calls Sukamerindu, Bengkulu. The data has collected from January until March 2019. The results of unvaried study shows there were 21 people (50%) of elderly who are obese, 21 people (50%) of respondents with heredity,14 people (33.3%) with diabetes mellitus. According to the results of chi-square test, it found there was a significant correlation with obesity and genetic factor for diabetic mellitus among elderly in Bengkulu with p-value 0.003 and OR 12.667. In summary, obesity and genetic factors can increase the case of diabetes mellitus among elderly in Primary Health Center, Bengkulu. By giving an enough education and counseling by expert that will reduce the incidence of diabetes mellitus among in Primary health Center Sukamerindu, Bengkulu.

The purpose of this study was to see how the management of pulmonary tuberculosis treatment. This research uses a qualitative approach. The results showed that 1 in 3 tuberculosis patients did not comply with tuberculosis treatment in the working area of the Sukamerindu Public Health Center, Bengkulu City. Factors that support treatment non-compliance are the lack of knowledge of tuberculosis treatment guidelines. In conclusion, patients who do not comply are caused because they feel he is already healed and are lazy to take more medicine at the Sukamerindu Health Center, PMO already understands his duties as a PMO.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of brain Gymnastics and playing puzzles on improving the motor skills in preschool children in the work area of the Basuki Rahmad Health Center in Bengkulu. The Quantitative research design used the quasy experiment design, one group pre-post test equivalent without control design. The results of the univariate analysis with brain gymnastics and playing puzzles intervention showed the 15 respondents before doing brain gymnastics and puzzle, there were nine children (60%) experiencing motor skills deviations and after giving therapy ten children (66.7%) experienced standard motor skills. The bivariate results of the Wilcoxon test have a significant effect between before and after brain gymnastics and puzzle intervention with p-value = 0.001 on motor development at the preschool children. It can conclude that an increase in the average motor picture before and after brain gymnastics and playing puzzles interventions in the Basuki Rahmad Community Health Center in Bengkulu.

The purpose of this study was to see a picture of people living with religious HIV / AIDS. The method in this research is using descriptive analysis. From a total of 69, the results of the study obtained moderate religious data on people living with HIV / AIDS of 42 respondents (60.9%). In conclusion, the need for support and guidance for HIV / AIDS in increasing adaptive coping can manage the disease it is experiencing.
