Kajian ini bertujuan menganalisis arahan refokus dan relokasi APBD untuk meminimalisir inflasi akibat kenaikan harga BBM. Artikel ini ditulis dengan menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif. Data sekunder berasal dari literature review yang kemudian dikualifikasi dan dikuantifikasi untuk menjawab rumusan masalah yang ada. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kenaikan bahan bakar minyak (BBM) merupakan efek domino yang berdampak besar bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Kenaikan harga BBM berimplikasi pada antisipasi inflasi. Pemerintah berupaya meringankan beban masyarakat yang terkena dampak kenaikan harga BBM untuk mengimbangi ketahanan masyarakat agar memiliki daya beli untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari. Kebijakan pemerintah untuk masyarakat kurang mampu berupa Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) dan Bantuan Subsidi Upah (BSU) bagi pekerja/buruh. Dalam menjamin stabilitas ekonomi di daerah, pemerintah telah menyediakan Dana Transfer Umum (DTU) yaitu DAU dan DBH yang bersumber dari APBN yang salah satunya berasal dari sektor pajak.
<em>This study aims to determine the implementation of sustainable food agriculture land protection in Sleman Regency based on Regional Regulation No. 12 of 2012 concerning the Sleman Regency Regional Spatial Plan 2011-2031, as well as the obstacles of the Sleman Regency Government in establishing Sustainable Food Agricultural Land Protection Areas. This research is an empirical study. The data source used in this study came from primary data, which were the results of interviews with Civil Servants in the Agriculture and Fisheries Office of the Sleman Regency and the Sleman Regency Regional Development Planning Agency. Supported by secondary data consisting of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The results of research related to the implementation of sustainable food agriculture land protection in Sleman Regency shows that the spatial regulation of the Sleman Regency is only limited to efforts to control land conversion as a protection effort, there has been no determination of sustainable food agriculture areas due to various obstacles. In the implementation of the spatial planning policy is not enough to control the rate of conversion of agricultural land.</em>
People's daily activities for cooking, bathing, washing, latrines, produce household domestic wastewater which has the potential to cause water pollution, both well water and river water. This is exacerbated by the lack of public awareness of the environment and low public understanding of the Polluter Pays Principle. This research was conducted to identify the understanding of the people of Ciracas District, the provisions and implementation, the alignment of the provisions of the legislation related to the management of domestic wastewater, as well as the obstacles faced in its implementation. It is concluded that the public's understanding of the Polluter Pays Principle is still low. The construction of a domestic wastewater management installation in the Kampung Rambutan Reservoir can be a real step in an effort to increase public awareness in managing domestic wastewater. The alignment of the provisions of laws and regulations regarding the application of the Polluter Pays Principle in domestic household wastewater management still needs to be improved. The obstacle in its implementation is the lack of formal and informal education for the community about domestic wastewater management. The role of the government which is felt to be less than optimal is also an obstacle in growing public awareness in managing domestic wastewater. In addition, plans for the development of a domestic wastewater management system are generally also constrained by the low participation and resistance of the community.
Jumlah tonase sampah di Desa Daleman, Kecamatan Tulung, Kabupaten Klaten meningkat untuk setiap tahunnya, di mana apabila tidak dikelola dengan komprehensif dipastikan berdampak pada persoalan lingkungan, sosial, dan kesehatan. Artikel ini berusaha menjawab faktor apa saja yang menjadi hambatan dalam penerapan tata kelola sampah berbasis circular economy dan langkah-langkah strategis apa yang ditempuh para pemangku kepentingan di Desa Daleman, Kecamatan Tulung, Kabupaten Klaten guna mendukung keberhasilan tata kelola sampah berbasis circular economy. Artikel ini merupakan hasil kegiatan pengabdian yang ditulis dengan menggunakan pendekatan sosio-legal. Metode kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan observasi, pendampingan, pelatihan secara terstruktur, dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian memaparkan bahwa hambatan dalam penerapan tata kelola sampah berbasis konsep circular economy lebih disebabkan keterbatasan lahan untuk penerapan sampling, pola pikir dan perilaku semua pemangku kepentingan, serta perbedaan persepsi tentang penerapan circular economy. Untuk itu langkah-langkah yang diperlu dilakukan adalah penguatan kelembagaan dan penyamaan pemahaman setiap pemangku kepentingan desa, dorongan peran serta masyarakat desa yang lebih aktif dan nyata, serta pengawasan dan evaluasi program.
<em>The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of disaster management in Wonogiri Regency, as well as the technical and non-technical obstacles it faces. This research is a normative study with a statutory approach. The results showed that, the urgency of implementing drought disaster management in Wonogiri Regency based on the Regional Regulation of Wonogiri Regency Article 37 (2) Number 7 of 2016 through a juridical study is in accordance with vertical synchronization and harmonization of applicable laws and regulations. The Regional Disaster Management Agency of Wonogiri Regency as a disaster management task force through the Regional Budget Fund, in accordance with its authority has implemented disaster management during pre-disaster, emergency response, and post-drought disaster in 2017, 2018, 2019, and until the end. in August 2020 with the assistance of donors in the Wonogiri Regency area and from outside Wonogiri Regency.</em>
