This research investigated the biological effects of Pseudomonas putida2 and Pseudomonas fluorescens3 as biocides to inhibit Fusarium fungi growth and as biofertilizers to improve growth characters of sesame crop grown in contaminated soil with Fusarium under field conditions compared with Dithen. Results showed mixture of vaccine Pseudomonas putida2 + Pseudomonas fluorescence3 together was more effect on Fusarium growth and increased growth characters much higher than each isolate alone. Both isolates scored significant improving in morphological, physiological and productivity characters for sesame compared with control and Dithen treatments. But mixture of P. putida2 + P. fluorescens3 treatment together (Fusant) as a biocide and biofertilizers gave higher significant results in increasing chlorophyll content, percentage of N, P, K in total dry weight of shoot, branch no./plant, height of plant, leaf area per plant, leaf no./plant, pods no./plant, grains no./pod, total weight of 1000 grains, total yield of grains/plot, and percentage of oil in sesame grains. The values were 3.21 mg/gm, 4.18%, 0.44%, 3.87%, 45.8 branch/plant, 151.7 cm/plant, 59.

Seventeen genera of Asteraceae family were studied in the western regions of Iraq - Al-Anbar governorate in terms of environment and their spread in them, which was characterized by species that were more widespread and invasive in different environments such as Sonchus oleraceus, Taraxucum officinale and Lactuca serriole, and the species were widespread in dry areas far from residential areas. Which was characterized by dry clay or gravel soils such as Artemisia herba-alba and Achellia fragrantissima, and the peroxidase enzyme was extracted by phosphate buffer from the seeds of the studied plants, which gave a variation in the enzymatic activity values. Aizoon hispanicum plant, as it was 0.0023 units / ml. The values have a relationship with the plant environment, as the desert areas plants gave higher enzyme values.

This study was conducted to investigate the possibility of using the alcoholic extract Lactuca serriole as a protective agent against the chemical compound benzopyrene that causes cancer. Alkanes are the dominant group in addition to the presence of phenol, alkene and ester, the highest concentration of the compound (1-Heneicosyl formate) (42.579) and the lowest concentration of the compound (1,6-Octadien3-ol, 3,7-dimethyl-, 2- aminobenzoate) by (1.009%), the results showed a significant decrease at the level of probability (P≥ 0.05) in the level of total protein in the liver in the group of animals that were dosed with carcinogenic benzopyrene in comparison with the healthy control group, while the effect on the level of total protein was less than in the group of animals that were dosed with carcinogenic benzopyrene, while the effect on the level of total protein was less than in the healthy control group In the groups that were dosed with alcoholic extract of wild lettuce plant with a concentration of 0.006mg/kg for the first group, 0.003 mg/kg for the second group, and a concentration of 0.0015mg/kg for the third group in conjunction with the benzene and pyrene carcinogen in comparison with the control group. It also showed a significant increase at the level of probability (0.05≥P) in the activity of the transaminase enzymes AST and ALT in the liver in the group of animals that were dosed with the carcinogenic substance benzopyrene compared to the healthy control group, while the effect on the level of enzymes was less in the groups that were dosed with alcoholic extract of wild lettuce plant with a concentration of 0.006mg/kg for the first group and 0.003mg/kg for the second group and 0.0015mg/kg for the third group in conjunction with the carcinogenic benzopyrene and compared with the control group.

 The M atrix Amplifier is a structure designed to increase the gain of the wideband distributed amplifiers.  A promising method for the deployment of high-speed optical systems with completely integrated transceivers by utilizing CM OSdistributed amplifiers with bandwidths of gigahertz to a few tens of gigahertz  The stable gain and excellent terminal match across a wide frequency range are the key reasons for the increased usage of distributed amplifiers.  The solution to the gain bandwidth roll-off problem is in this paper.  Decreasing the roll-off problem in which the values of the gain and BW are approximately balanced (High gain and high bandwidth).The M atrix Amplifier is a structure designed to increase the gain of the wideband distributed amplifiers. A matrix amplifier is used to improve the pass-band gain while preserving the dispersed design-wide characteristics to use the multiplicative gain mechanism. In this paper, the matrix distributed amplifier methodology is developed using differential cells instead of active amplifier cells to improve the wideband characteristics. Shunt capacitances are connected in the centerline to absorb the peaking impact at a cut-off frequency and reduce gain ripples. As an application of the ideas and concepts of matrix amplifiers, a modified step -by-step design of rows 4 and column 2 matrix amplifier is undertaken using a Quasi Differential amplifier. A M atrix differential amplifier using a shifted-second-tier structure technique is then built and tested in 0.18 µm Complementary M etal Oxide Semiconductors technology. The advantages gained from the proposed design are high gain, high bandwidth, low noise, and no need for balun circuits.The design and simulation results were achieved using ADS. The significant results show a high gain of 40 dB and a 33 GHz bandwidth. The noise figure is also 3.583, with S11, S22, and S12 being -10 dB, -10dB, and -40dB, respectively; the output power at 1-dB gain compression point is evaluated (P1dB) of +6.4 dBm, and the total DC power dissipation is 266mW. The cadence tools produced the layout design and specifications, although the chip size was 1.1mm 2 .
