Theexistence of macrozoobenthos organism allow for bioindicator of ecological status and detected water pollution in coastal environmentwith observing the response, diversity, and abundance. The one of biological method for water quality analysis is AZTI Marine BioticIndex (AMBI). This research aims to determine water quality status in Tanjung Pasir water coastal Tangerang, Banten. The research wasconducted in April - August 2014 in Tanjung Pasir Coastal, Tanggerang, Banten with purposive sampling method and be forwarded withwater pollution analysis with AZTI Marine Biotic Index (AMBI) model. The research showed 4.552 individual of macrozoobenthosfound divided into 52 species with the average of diversity amount 634 ind./m2 with dominated by bivalve species Nuculana bicuspidate22.89%, it is a bivalve an extreme species that can live in waters with very low oxygen concentrations and hight pollution. The result ofAMBI (4.01 to 5.02) indicates water pollution in Tanjung Pasir Coastal classified in medium-heavy pollution and concentred in coastalzone. Polychaeta is a key bioindicator in the determination of water pollution and ecological status in Tanjung Pasir coastal.

The purpose of this study was to determine the growth pattern of Lingula sp. based on its morphometric analysis. The method used in this research is purposive sampling method. he results showed that the number of Lingula sp. less in the Ujong Pancu beach area (66 individuals) when compared to the Syiah Kuala beach area (169 individuals). Based on the weight value of Lingula sp. in the Syiah Kuala area (5,861-7,786 g) it was higher than the Ujong Pancu area (0.082-2.007 g), and the length value was higher in the Syiah Kuala coastal area (39.6-49.4 mm) than the Ujong Pancu beach area ( 19.8-29.6 mm). Besides that, from the calculation of the value of length and body weight, it was found that the value of b at both stations was b> 3 (Ujung pancu, b = 1.9568 and Syiah Kuala, b = 2.896) so that the growth pattern of Lingula sp. classified as negative allometric whereas the length growth is faster than body weight, and the water quality factor in the Ujong Pancu beach area and the Syiah Kuala beach masig are within the normal life limits of Lingula sp.

The purpose of this study was to determine distribution and abundance macrozoobenthos  at Tangerang coastal waters, Banten. Study was carried out from April to August 2013 at Tangerang coastal waters, Banten with purposive sampling method and similarity Bray Curtis analysis using minitab.v15.1.2-Equinox softwere. A total of 5458 individuals macrozoobenthos were recorded during the study, its were belonging to 74 species The abundances of macrozoobenthos at Tanjung Pasir location was 634 ind/m2 dominated by Tellina palatum and Tellina timorensis, Kronjo location was 595 ind/m2 dominated by Codakia puncata and lower macrozoobenthos Cituis location was 177 ind/m2 dominated by Clitellio arenarius and Codakia puncata. The spatial distributin based on similarity Bray-Curtis analysis showed that the Kronjo, Cituis, and Tanjung Pasir locations generate four, three, and five groups, respectively. Nuculana bicuspidata dan Ophryotrocha puerilis was a cosmopolite macrozoobenthos were found at all locations. Generaly,  the macrozoobenthos distribution at Tangerang coastal waters were strongly depended on the types of sedimen and dissolved oxygen concentration

This study aims to determine the growth of fish (Nile tilapia, North African catfish, and goldfish) which cultured along with water spinach in aquaponics system. The study was conducted at the Laboratory of Aquaculture, Ciparanje, Facul-ty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Padjadjaran University from February to April 2016. The experiment was designed using a completely randomized design with 5 treatments and 3 replicates. Treatment A: positive control, water spinach grown on soil and compost fertilizer, Treatment B: negative control, water spinach grown on soil without compost fertilizer, treatment C: aquaponics Nile tilapia and water spinach, Treatment D: aquaponics North African catfish and water spinach, and treatment E: aquaponics goldfish and water spinach. The measured parameters in this study were fish growth and water spinach growth include stem height, number of leaves, biomass as well as water quality included nitrates, ammonia and phosphates. The results showed that the highest fish growth, obtained in combination of catfish and water spinach with growth of 7.8±1.18 grams and the highest water spinach growth obtain in koi cultured with water spinach with average biomass 30.40±5.59 grams. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pertumbuhan tiga jenis ikan (lele, nila, dan koi) yang dipelihara bersama de-ngan kangkung darat dalam sistem akuaponik. Penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Budi daya Perikanan, Ciparanje, Fakultas Perikanan dan Ilmu Kelautan Universitas Padjadjaran dari bulan Februari hingga April 2016. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimental menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap dengan lima perla-kuan dan diulang empat kali. Perlakuan A: kontrol positif, tanaman kangkung darat ditanam menggunakan tanah dan pupuk kompos; perlakuan B: kontrol negatif, tanaman kangkung darat ditanam menggunakan tanah tanpa menggunakan pupuk kompos; perlakuan C: akuaponik dengan ikan nila dan tanaman kangkung darat; perlakuan D: akuaponik dengan ikan lele dan tanaman kangkung darat, dan perlakuan E: ikan koi dan tanaman kangkung darat. Parameter yang diukur dalam penelitian ini adalah pertumbuhan bobot ikan, dan pertumbuhan kangkung yang meliputi tinggi batang, jumlah daun, dan biomassa panen serta kualitas air yang mencakup nitrat, ammonia, dan fosfat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan bobot ikan tertinggi diperoleh pada kombinasi lele dan kangkung darat dengan pertumbuhan sebe-sar 7,8±1,18 g dan pertumbuhan tanaman kangkung tertinggi diperoleh pada pemeliharaan bersama koi yang mengha-silkan biomassa sebesar 30,40±5,59 g.
