This research aims to analyze factors affecting e-banking user satisfaction and e-banking user loyalty during Covid-19 pandemic with e-banking service quality that consists of reliability, privacy and security, design on application or website, and customer service and assistance as the independent variables, while the dependent variables in this study are e-banking user satisfaction and e-banking user loyalty. This research was viewed based on an e-banking user perspective. This research used nonprobability sampling and purposive sampling. This research is a quantitative study using primary data based on a questionnaire distributed online to 110 e-banking users like respondents. The hypothesis testing in this study used the SPSS analysis tool through the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 22 application. The result illustrates that e-banking service quality, reliability, and design on application and website influence both e-banking user satisfaction and e-banking user loyalty. Meanwhile, privacy and security only influence e-banking user loyalty, not on e-banking user satisfaction. Furthermore, customer service and assistance have no effect on both e-banking user satisfaction and e-banking user loyalty during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Stock price movements are interesting to discuss, because from these price movements investors will get capital gains. Problems arose, however, when Covid-19 hit the world, especially in Indonesia. The purpose of this study, then, is to determine whether there is a relationship and difference in return and risk between Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value added (MVA) portfolios in the Indonesian stock market. The sample used is 24 stocks with daily stock return data for the 2015-2020 period. The results of the study found something new, namely that there was a relationship and difference between returns and risks in the EVA and MVA portfolios in Indonesia. In addition, the research succeeded in forming EVA and MVA portfolios that exceeded market returns in Indonesia. The best strategy that investors can apply in investing is to use an active strategy, especially during conditions, such as the Covid-19 pandemic, which have an impact on high market fluctuation.
ABSTRAKBank sampah adalah salah satu alternatif untuk mengatasi permasalahan sampah di masyarakat. Bank Sampah Cahaya Baru terletak di dusun Kruwet, desa Sumberagung, Kecamatan Moyudan, Kabupaten Sleman, Propinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Ada dua masalah utama yang dihadapi mitra dalam mengelola bank sampah yaitu pengelola sampah belum mampu menyusun laporan keuangan bank sampah dan masyarakat belum memiliki kemauan dan ketrampilan membuat memanfaatkan sampah menjadi barang yang memiliki nilai ekonomis khususnya sampah dengan bahan baku sampah non organik. Terkait laporan keuangan bank sampah, kegiatan pengabdian ini mengadakan pelatihan menyusun laporan keuangan bank sampah dan buku tabungan sampah. Selain itu, kegiatan ini melakukan penyuluhan mengenai pentingnya mengatasi sampah rumah tangga dan melakukan pelatihan pembuatan berbagai macam kerajinan dari bahan sampah menjadi barang ekonomis. Penyuluhan dan pelatihan mampu menyadarkan masyarakat untuk mengelola sampah dan pengelola sampah mampu menyusun laporan keuangan secara manual dan memiliki buku tabungan sampah yang diberikan kepada para nasabah. Berdasarkan program ini pengelola sudah bisa mencatata hasil penjualan sampai untuk periode Januari sampai Mei 2018 mencapai Rp 1.812.842 dengan nasabah mencapai 20% dari seluruh kepala keluarga di dusun Kruwet. Kata kunci: bank, sampah, akuntansi, kerajinanABSTRACT Waste bank is one of alternatives to solve waste problem in a community. Cahaya Baru waste bank is in Kruwet hamlet, Sumberagung village, Moyudan sub-district, Sleman district, Yogyakarta Special Region province. There are two main problems faced by the partner in managing waste bank, which are the waste managers who have not been able to prepare financial statement of the waste bank and the community has not had the willingness and skills to utilize the garbage into economic goods, especially non-organic waste. In accordance with waste bank financial statement, this community service held trainings on preparing waste bank financial statement and waste saving book. Besides that, this activity also conducted counseling on the importance of overcoming household waste and training in making various kinds of handicrafts from waste materials into economic goods. The counseling and trainings were able to make people aware of waste management and waste managers could prepare financial statements manually and have waste saving provided for customers. Based on this program, the managers were able to record selling report from January to Mei 2018 period for 1,812,842 IDR with the customers achieving 20% of all household heads in Kruwet hamlet.
