El mundo entero cambio en todos los sentidos, cuando a principios del año 2020 se dio a conocer un nuevo virus causando una cantidad importante de muertes en diferentes países, la OMS declara la pandemia por el Covid 19, generando una escalada de acontecimientos y medidas que cambiaron al planeta entero. El objetivo del presente artículo es realizar una revisión de la literatura disponible sobre la estrategia gerencial del Empowerment aplicado a un entorno de empresa pública y el impacto que el Covid 19 ha tenido, con la finalidad de conocer las consideraciones que el tema conlleva y las implicancias que ha tenido la pandemia en la adaptabilidad de las gerencias a estas metodologías que prometen lograr cambios positivos a las empresas que los apliquen. La metodología que se empleó para este artículo es de tipo documental bibliográfica, en la que se revisaron diferentes publicaciones científicas, libros, artículos de revistan, entre otros, y se estableció que son grandes y ambiciosos los retos que se plantean los gobiernos con la aplicación de esta metodología sobre todo en el contexto de una nueva normalidad causada por la pandemia del Covid 19.
Introducción. En la mayoría de las universidades uno de los inconvenientes más complejos es el de la planificación de actividades de su personal administrativo y docente, además del seguimiento y el control que se debe ejercer para lograr que exista una buena gestión en estas áreas. Objetivo. Analizar la planificación estratégica en la gestión docente de las instituciones de educación superior ecuatorianas. Metodología. La metodología empleada se basó en un diseño no experimental con alcance transversal. Resultados. Los resultados obtenidos permitieron establecer que existe una incidencia directa y alta, debido a que el coeficiente de Spearman fue de 0,926 con un grado de significancia de P valor 0,000 < 0,01, concluyendo que existe una incidencia entre la planificación estratégica y la calidad de la gestión docente en la institución de educación superior. Conclusión. Las dimensiones utilizadas en la variable independiente como son el componente prospectivo, estratégico y operativo, conformados por la misión, visión, valores estratégicos, elaboración de objetivos y desarrollo de planes y metas inciden de forma directa y significativa en la calidad de la gestión docente de la institución.
El objetivo general es analizar la importancia de cómo generar una calidad de gestión docente que permita conseguir unos profesionales aptos para solucionar los problemas actuales con una conciencia propia y generadora de desarrollos sostenibles para el mundo. La metodología a emplear en esta investigación es de un diseño bibliográfico de tipo documental. La gestión educativa y la calidad educativa buscan desarrollar nuevas formas de generar estrategias que permitan fomentar habilidades y conocimientos, a través de la aplicación y guía de normas internacionales que ayuden a orientar el camino correcto para una educación productiva. Lo anterior no se cumple si la gestión docente no tiene el protagonismo necesario para tales cambios. La gestión docente debe planificar y controlar las actividades, estrategias y métodos que permiten una educación de calidad. Armonizar las estrategias con los cambios sostenibles necesarios para la sociedad y con el cumplimiento de las nuevas estrategias tecno pedagógicas son las bases para poder crear líderes que sean capaces de ofrecer climas acordes para cada tipo de ambiente. Todo lo anterior permite que la gestión docente tenga significado en los tiempos modernos, en el desarrollo de conocimientos y en la formación de profesionales acordes a las necesidades del sector productivo y de la sociedad.
