<p>As pesquisas sobre violência sexual têm deixado em aberto várias questões,<br />sobretudo estudos voltados para a condição biopsicossocial do agressor.<br />Este trabalho teve como objetivo mapear exploratória e sistematicamente a<br />literatura sobre os agressores sexuais de crianças e adolescentes, discutindo<br />questões de gênero. Realizou-se o levantamento pelo Periódico CAPES,<br />utilizando descritores em português: agressor sexual, pedófilo, aliciador,<br />abusador sexual, traficante sexual, perpetrador sexual, angariador sexual,<br />sequestrador sexual, estuprador e molestador sexual. Identificou-se 1.303<br />artigos, dos quais 1.071 foram descartados, 82 repetidos e 150 selecionados.<br />Os critérios de inclusão (artigos científicos completos, independentes do<br />ano, em todas as áreas e bases do periódico, nos idiomas português, inglês<br />e espanhol) e de exclusão (literatura cinzenta, violência sexual em adultos,<br />estudos em animais não humanos). Os dados mostraram que os estudos se<br />concentraram nas vítimas, sobretudo no gênero feminino. Nos trabalhos<br />com agressores, além da baixa publicação científica, a ênfase estava no<br />gênero masculino.</p>
