Decreasing of sexual desire can be aproblem and contribute to the occurrence of stress and anxiety that can interfere with maternal and fetal health. The purpose of this research is to explore and analyze informants in depth about the perception of sexual activity during pregnancy for primipara based on physical conditions andp physchological conditios.This research used is qualitative research phenomenology approach with descriptive with primary data collection echique through indepth interview as many as 10 informants in primipara pregnant female about perception of their sexual activity during pregnancy. The result showed that the pregnant female feel pain in the intimate and swelling of the breast, the mouth feels bitter and belly bulge, while physic changes such as fear and anxiety to have sex and worried about the fetus that is contained so as that pregnant primiparas has sexual activity decreased sexual desire caused by physical andphysicologycal changes during pregnancy
Early marriage in Mangki village is still quite high, this can affect various problems such as psycho-socioeconomic and health. Community service activities aim to provide an understanding of reproductive health to female students of Junior High School 3 Mangki early in an effort to anticipate the occurrence of early marriage, and also they can become peer educators for other girls who are not covered in this activity. Community service activities are carried out in the form of education/counseling with lecture methods assisted with slides and LCD, and microphones so that students easily understand the material provided, as well as a method of questioning about adolescent reproductive health and the impact of early marriage on psychosocial and health aspects. Assessment of changes in understanding or knowledge of adolescents regarding reproductive health after obtaining education, tests were conducted before and after education. The results showed an increase in the score of knowledge by 31 points significantly, based on the category of knowledge who were classified as less (< mean value) also improved, namely a decrease in the percentage of female students who had less knowledge of 6.9%.
Knowledge Management (KM) atau manajemen pengetahuan sangat diperlukan untuk masyarakat Indonesia yang begitu banyak populasinya yaitu sampai mencapai angka 268 juta jiwa (Badan Pusat Statistik 2019). Apabila pengembangan sumber daya manusia dikelola dengan baik, maka akan menjadi bonus demografi. Sebaliknya, apabila sumber daya manusia tidak dikelola dengan baik akan menjadi bencana demografi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh knowledge management terhadap kolaborasi tenaga kesehatan pada manajemen puskesmas di Sulawesi Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode penelitian Eksperimen: posttest only control design, yaitu dengan membandingkan kelompok pertama yang diberi perlakuan (kelas eksperimen) dan kelompok kedua yang tidak mendapat perlakuan (kelas kontrol). Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi variabel bebas adalah Knowledge Management sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah Kolaborasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan kelompok intervensi dengan model pembelajaran strategi Expeiental Learning dan kelompok kedua sebagai kelompok kontrol dengan Direct Learning. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Knowledge management sosialisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kolaborasi. Knowledge management eksternalisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kolaborasi. Knowledge management kombinasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kolaborasi dan Knowledge management internalisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kolaborasi tenaga Kesehatan di puskesmas. Kesimpulan Penelitian ini di ukur menggunakan kelompok intervesi dan kontrol yang menunjukkan bahwasanya Knowledge managementtidak signifikan terhadap kolaborasi. Lebih lanjut kedua kelas tersebut, baik kelas intervensi maupun kelas kontrol melakukan kolaborasi di Puskesmas. Karena hasil menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan atau pengaruh baik kelompok intervensi maupun kelompok kontrol, keduanya harus melakukan lokakaryamini puskesmas.
