Purpose : This community service aims to develop productive economic businesses by utilizing the natural potential of the surrounding environment to open up business opportunities by empowering and re-activating the main tasks of the PKK, especially in the dasawisma group. Method : The implementation of this community service uses counseling and training methods for creative economy development and business management in the dasawisma group of Krobokan Village which is carried out offline and data collection through questionnaires. Result : The results of this community service show that counseling and training for the dasawisma group of Krobokan Village, both those who already have a business and housewives who are able to provide business management knowledge and develop creative economic businesses by utilizing the potential of the natural surroundings so that they are able to develop sustainable businesses. Limitation : The application of good business management is very much needed in developing creative economy businesses for the Dasawisma group who want to start a business, so a simple and gradual method of delivering business management is needed to make it easier to implement. This study aims to examine the effect of exogenous variable consisting of organizational dimen-sion including organizational learning culture, support from top management, and individu-als namely openness in communication in affecting knowledge sharing of individuals. Besides, this study also examined how the role of knowledge sharing in improving human resource performance at Sharia Banking. This study was conducted through SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) test by using SmartPLS, a statistical software. The study was done through survey method by distributing questionnaire to 145 employees from frontliner departments at three of Sharia banks in Semarang. The findings of this study showed that two organizational di-mensions (Organizational Learning Culture and Top Management Support) have significant effect on the improvement of knowledge sharing. While Openness in Communication, the individual dimension, could not determine the improvement of knowledge sharing. Then, the improvement of human resource performance at sharia banking could be done by improving knowledge sharing.
Desa Betokan merupakan salah satu desa yang memiliki potensi besar, mengingat desa Betokan adalah desa penghasil buah jambu dan belimbing terbesar di Kabupaten Demak. Buah jambu dan belimbing sendiri merupakan buah khas kota Demak. Meskipun demikian, sebagian besar pelaku usaha penjual jambu dan belimbing yang ada di Desa Betokan tersebut masih terkendala dalam hal manajemen usaha terutama dalam hal pemasaran dan pengembangan produk. Sehingga kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan guna meningkatkan Ekonomi kreatif� berbasis Digital masyarakat di Desa Betokan dari usaha yang telah dimiliki sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan warga desa Betokan. Metode dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini antara lain penyampaian materi penyuluhan, tanya jawab dan diskusi, dilanjutkan dengan praktik. Dari pelaksanaan pengabdian masysrakat dapat disimpulkan bahwa masyarakat antusias dalam pelaksanaan penyuluhan yang dilakukan, terlebih pada saat penyampaian materi dan praktik pembuatan akun media sosial dan juga akun E-commerce seperti akun facebook, instagram, dan juga shopee. Terlebih pada masa pandemi Covid-19 seperti sekarang ini, masyarakat selaku konsumen banyak yang beralih dari pembelian secara langsung (offline) ke pembelian online. Dari adanya akun media sosial dan e-commerce ini juga pelaku usaha dapat lebih mengembangkan pasar yang ada.Betokan is one of the villages that has great potential, considering that Betokan is the largest producer of guava and star fruit in Demak Regency. Guava and star fruit are the typical fruits of Demak city. Even so, most of the guava and starfruit selling business actors in Betokan are still constrained in terms of business management, especially in terms of marketing and product development. So that community service activities were carried out to improve the community-based digital creative economy in Betokan, Demak from the business that has been owned so that it can increase the income and welfare of Betokan villagers. Methods used in this community service included the delivery of extension materials, questions and answers and discussions, followed by practice. From the implementation of community service, it can be concluded that the public is enthusiastic about the implementation of the counseling carried out, especially when delivering material and practices for creating social media accounts and also e-commerce accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, and shopee accounts. Especially during the Covid-19 pandemic like now, many people as consumers have switched from direct (offline) purchases to online purchases. From the existence of social media and e-commerce accounts, business actors can further develop existing markets.
Abstrak. Efek eksistensi merupakan eksistensi sumber daya manusia yang muncul dari efek atau sesuatu yang telah dilakukan oleh sebuah aktivitas. Efek eksistensi dalam penelitian ini merupakan eksistensi mahasiswa yang dimunculkan dari kegiatan belajar mengajar dikelas. Begitu pentingnya sebuah efek eksistensi sebagai output kegiatan belajar mengajar, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh responsibility, attractiveness, emphaty, dan juga competency dari seorang pengajar dalam mempengaruhi peningkatan efek eksistensi mahasiswa di Universitas Islam Sultan Agung (UNISSULA) Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian penjelasan (Explanatory Research) yang berusaha mengetahui hubungan antar variabel penelitian. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 212 mahasiswa dari dari 4 mata kuliah 5 kelas. Analisis data penelitian dilakukan dengan pengujian structural equational modelling (SEM) dan menggunakan pendekatan varians (partial least square), kemudian pengolahan data didukung dengan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efek eksistensi sumber daya manusia didalam organisasi dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan emphaty dosen terhadap mahasiswa. Kemudian untuk meningkatkan kompetensi seorang dosen dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan attractiveness atau metode pembelajaran yang atraktiv ketika melakukan pembelajaran dikelas. Sementara itu responsibility tidak mampu menjelaskan terhadap efek eksistensi mahasiswa.Kata Kunci : Tanggung jawab, atraktif, empati, kompetensi dan efek eksistensi. Abstract. Existancy Effect is the existence of human resources that arise from the effect or something that has been done by an activity. Existancy Effect in this research is the existence of students arising from teaching and learning activities in class. Once the importance of an Existancy Effect as an output of teaching and learning activities, then this research aims to examine the influence of responsibility, attractiveness, empathy, and also competency in influencing the improvement of existency effect toward human resources (students) at Sultan Agung Islamic University (UNISSULA) Semarang. The type of this research is an explanatory research that seeks to determine the relationship between research variables. This research was conducted through survey method by distributing questionnaires to 212 students from 4 courses in 5 classes. The research data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and used partial least square. The data processing was supported by SmartPLS application. The results showed that the existence effect of human resources in organizations can be improved through increasing the empathy of lecturers with students, Furthermore, in order to improve the lecturer’s competency, it needs an attractiveness in the learning method. Meanwhile responsibility cannot explain the existance effect of students.Keywords: responsibility, attractiveness, emphaty, competency, existence effect.
This study aimed to examine the effect of religiosity on the manifest needs which consists of need for achievement, need for power, need for affiliation. In addition, this study also aims to examine how the manifest needs role in triggering an increase in labor productivity of Human Resources.The research was conducted by testing SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the help of statistical software SmartPLS. The study was conducted using a survey by distributing questionnaires to 79 lecturers remain functional positions (JAFA) Sultan Agung Islamic University. In determining the amount of the sample number of researchers using the formula slovin with proportional random sampling technique.The results showed that religiosity have significant influence on the improvement of manifest needs, and then to increase productivity of human resources can be improved through increasing of manifest need in dimension need for achievement, while the need for power and the need for affiliation are not able to explain the productivity of the organization.
