Hoaxes about COVID-19 on social media could be seen publicly and intentionally lead to inappropriate responses amid the pandemic. In this situation, the government's public relations had a role in educating the public through accurate information about COVID-19 on social media. This research aimed to describe the public's attitude towards digital campaigns to reduce the risk of COVID-19 in Central Java and the strategy behind this digital campaign. The research was designed as a descriptive study with a mixed approach method. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data was collected through an online survey of 121 respondents, interviews with expert sources, and document review. Elaboration Likelihood Theory and Rhetoric Theory are used to explain the digital campaign. The results showed that most respondents (74%) rated the Governor as prioritizing the positive appeal approach through a digital campaign. The interview results revealed that the process of composing creative content in the digital campaign was carried out through discussions between the Governor and the content creator team. During a pandemic, a creatively packaged digital campaign was a strategic step to increase public participation in implementing preventive efforts.
The Governor of Central Java, Ganjar Pranowo, released the Lapak Ganjar program for MSMEs affected by the pandemic. The program, which was released in 2020 until mid-2022, continues to grow to help market MSME products online through Instagram accounts @ganjar_pranowo and @lapak_ganjar. This study aims to describe the communication strategy of the the Office of Communication and Informatics of Central Java Province in supporting the implementation of the Lapak Ganjar program through Instagram. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Based on the SOSTAC model, the results of the study revealed that the Office of Communication and Informatics of Central Java Province implemented a communication strategy through a testimonial video #ReviewLapakGanjar production which featured the success story of the Lapak Ganjar program. This testimonial video is published on a scheduled basis through Instagram @kominfo.jateng. This video testimonial is published to create public perception and trust that the Lapak Ganjar program provides benefits for MSMEs in marketing their products online which has an impact on increasing product sales. In addition, the Office of Communication and Informatics of Central Java Province carried out a media relations communication strategy by involving mainstream media and online media to carry out joint coverage of the profiles and success stories of MSMEs participating in the Lapak Ganjar program, which is expected to increase the publication of the program in media.

The research has the purpose of determining if there is a relationship between the effectiveness of interpersonal communication done by the facilitator of CSR and the level of trust beneficiaries with the reputation company of PT. Indonesia Power Semarang PGU. This research is a quantitative research using the theory of communication effectiveness and reasoned action (TRA). Sample this research is Group guidance of PT. Indonesia Power Semarang PGU is the Joint Business Group (KUB) Prima Indosutera in the District of North Semarang. Based on the research results, the effectiveness of interpersonal communication and trust beneficiaries' level significantly relates to its reputation. The things above showed through the significance value of the hypothesis test performed, more effectively the communication interpersonal has done so. The company's reputation is better (positive) than such a hypothesis has a significance value of 0.000 (0.000 s of 0.01).

The purpose of this study is to describe the Blue Bird Group's PR strategy in managing the crisis as a result of the demonstration in order to save the reputation of their organization. The results showed PR Blue Bird Group implements several crisis response strategies, such as execuse, apologize, compensation, and reminders.
