This study aims to determine the level and relationship between work stress variable with employee performance at PT. CJ CheilJedang Feed Kalimantan. Sampling using nonprobability sampling technique is by incidental sampling type which means that sampling does not give equal opportunity or opportunity for every member of the population to be selected as sample and sample determination based on chance to meet the researcher with the respondent. And to determine the number of samples using a Slovin formula so as to obtain a minimum number of 90 (ninety) respondents out of 116 (one hundred and sixteen) populations assisted with SPSS computer application program to obtain relevant analysis results. The results of the research analysis showed that the level of job stress on employee performance is low but not very low. And the relation between work stress and employee performance got insignificant result because correlation analysis more than 0,05. CJ CheilJedang Feed Kalimantan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling yaitu dengan jenis incidental sampling yang artinya pengambilan sampel yang tidak memberi peluang atau kesempatan sama bagi setiap anggota populasi untuk dipilih menjadi sampel dan penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan bertemu peneliti dengan responden. Dan untuk menentukan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus dari Slovin sehingga mendapatkan jumlah minimum 90 (sembilan puluh) responden dari 116 (seratus enam belas) populasi dibantu dengan program aplikasi komputer SPSS untuk mendapatkan hasil analisis yang relevan. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat stres kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan tergolong rendah namun tidak sangat rendah. Dan hubungan antara stres kerja dengan prestasi kerja karyawan mendapatkan hasil yang tidak signifikan karena hasil analisis korelasinya lebih dari 0,05. This study aims to determine and analyze the market segment of android-based mobile users on college students in Banjarmasin. Sample used are 140 college Student. The variables used as a basis for segmentation are product attribute variables including indicators of quality, price, performance, durability, reliability, brand image, features, design, model, specifications, capacity, warranty and aesthetics. The analytical tool used is the K-Mean Cluster Analysis. The results showed that Cluster 1 is respondents who are concerned with price, performance, durability, features, specifications and warranty attributes. This cluster is named "Performance Cluster". Cluster 2 is the respondent who is concerned with all the attributes except the guarantee. This cluster is named "Product Cluster". Cluster 3 is respondents who are concerned with the attributes of features, models, capacities. This cluster is named "Cluster of Excellence". Objective - Cultural factors have significant roles in creating behavior in an organization. This research claims that national culture like power distance that is usually measured in a national scope actually can have a better result when it is measured in the organizational scope. The goal of this research is to find out the level of power distance among private lecturers in Banjarmasin, Indonesia, and compare it to Hofstede's power distance for the whole country. Methodology/Technique - This research uses explanatory research that tries to understand the degree of power distance among private university lecturers in Banjarmasin. The populations used were all lecturers in private colleges in Banjarmasin City. The samples used were 86 lecturers who have become a lecturer for at least 2 years. The analysis is done through a descriptive quantitative method measuring the level of power distance among lecturers in Banjarmasin and with confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to understand which indicators that have the strongest influence in creating power distance culture among lecturers in Banjarmasin. Findings – The results of the research show that power distance culture is low among the lecturers in Banjarmasin City, with indicator "The level of authority used by the leader" as the lowest factor. The result also finds that the indicator "subordinates Exclusion in decision-making" as the strongest indicator to form power distance culture. Novelty - This research conducted in the context of Indonesia using primary data. ABSTRACT Job satisfaction is a factor that really needs to be considered in various work organizations, including educational organizations, because job satisfaction has been shown to have many influences on various organizational outputs, especially on work performance. This study aims to determine the level of job satisfaction of private college lecturers and which factors have the greatest role in shaping lecturers’ job satisfaction in Banjarmasin City, South Kalimantan. Respondents in this study were 314 permanent lecturers in various private college that still active in Banjarmasin City. Job satisfaction was measured by 5 indicators, each described by a few items. Data analysed using Spearman’s Correlation to determine the correlation between every indicator to it’s total variable. The results of the study found that the most satisfying factor according to the lecturers was the work environment, while the factor that had the biggest role in shaping job satisfaction was workplace guidance, especially the role of leadership in directing and providing input to lecturers. It is hoped that through this research, lecturers' job satisfaction can be maintained and have a positive impact on various other organizational outputs.
