In 2021, Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya received KsK MBKM funding assistance for 6 study programs. This research was conducted to determine the impact of the implementation of the MBKM KsK program in the Untag Surabaya environment. The activities carried out were data collection by filling out questionnaires and conducting Focus Group Discussions (FGD) with MBKM implementing stakeholders at the University, namely the Head of Study Programs, Lecturers, Students, Education Staff, and Partners for the implementation of MBKM implementation. From the results of the questionnaire and FGD, in general the implementation of the KsK MBKM in each study program provides benefits for the Head of Study Programs and Lecturers because they support the preparation and review of the curriculum in accordance with the MBKM program. The study program also collaborates with partners to develop a scheme for off-campus activities. Education staff also supports MBKM activities, starting from the preparation of curriculum documents to preparing for the implementation of MBKM activities. Students are certainly very enthusiastic about participating in this MBKM activity, especially internship activities. What needs to be given more attention is the lack of insight from students, several lecturers, staff, and partners regarding the policies and SOP for MBKM activities made by both the University and Study Programs, so that in the future it is necessary to carry out a lot of socialization and education, as well as directly involve the students stakeholders to make MBKM activities at Untag Surabaya better.
Purpose: The phenomenon that occurs in the midst of wooden furniture SMEs in Pasuruan City shows that labor competence is still low, innovation behavior is less creative, motivation for low achievement and employee performance fluctuates. This study aims to determine the influence of labor competence and innovation behavior on the motivation for achievement and performance of employees of the Wooden Furniture Medium Keil Industry (IKM) in Pasuruan City. Design/Methodology/Approach: Research models with hypothesis development are derived based on literature. To provide empirical evidence, researchers conducted a survey, primary data were collected using a list of questionnaires, and saturated sampling of 50 employees. Findings: The results showed that the variable of Labor Competence had a positive effect on Achievement Motivation, while Innovation Behavior had a positive and significant effect on Achievement Motivation. However, the three variables of Manpower Competence, Innovation Behavior and Motivation for achievement have a direct effect on the Performance of Wooden Furniture IKM Employees in Pasuruan City. Practical Implications: The implications of this study are to test the perception of 50 employees of IKM Wooden Furniture in Pasuruan City. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh teknologi informasi dan pengendalian internal terhadap kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen pada AUTO2000 Kenjeran Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 30 responden, kemudian pertanyaan-pertanyaan dalam kuesioner dibagi menjadi tiga kategori Dimana terdapat 6 pertanyaan mengenai teknologi informasi, 4 pertanyaan mengenai pengendalian intern, dan 9 pertanyaan mengenai sistem akuntansi manajemen. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan karyawan AUTO2000 Kenjeran di Kecamatan Mulyorejo Surabaya sebagai objek penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif data yang diukur dengan satuan skor. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda setelah diuji dengan model asumsi klasik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa teknologi informasi dan pengendalian intern berpengaruh terhadap kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen. Manajemen sebaiknya menerapkan pengendalian intern secara tepat mengingat bahwa tugas perusahaan semakin kompleks sehingga dapat membantu meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan
This study aims to explain Government Policy, Internal Environmental, Innovation Capability, and Its Influence on the Business Performance of Craftsmen at the Silver Handicraft Industry Clushter in Pasuruan Regency. The research model with hypothesis development was derived based on the literature. To provide empirical evidence, this study conducted a survey, using primary data collected using a list of questionnaires, and saturated sampling of 50 craftsmen at the Silver Handicraft Industry Clushter in Pasuruan Regency. The results showed that Government Policy had an insignificant effect, Innovation Ability had a positive and significant effect, Internal Environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Silver Handicraft Industry Center in Pasuruan Regency. The results of this study do not support the research of Hafizah, et al (2017), Putra and Bayu (2017), Wisardja (2000), Yonggui, et al. (2000), Fogel (2001), Poisson, et al. (2002), Saxby, et al. (2002), Prasetyo (2003), Supriyono and Setiawan (2004), Mujali (2004), Ngamkroeckjoti, et al (2005), Pettus, et al. (2007), Rodrigues and Esteves (2007). The implication of the research is to examine the perceptions of 50 employees at the Brem Small Industry Clushter in Pasuruan Regency. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression.

Findings: The results showed that each variable of Workload, Competence, and Work Motivation had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Processed Wood Small Industrial Center in Madiun Regency. Practical implications: The implication of the research is to examine the perceptions of 60 employees at the Processed Wood Small Industrial Center in Madiun Regency.
