In Indonesia, high cost of tuition at private higher education is impunity for some students. A private higher education does not obtain any flow of funds from government and is required to self-financial-management by its foundation. Furthermore, students are reluctantly to study at private higher education and having lack of confidence because of the opaque data. The education system of private higher education is still not adopting the concept of openness data. Besides, Open Government Partnership (OGP) is a global partnership to make government more open, transparent, effective and accountable. Public disclosure can increase confidence towards government. Our case study is a district that pioneer of OGP implementation, Bojonegoro. Yet, this study is an initial research as well as to develop the research in assessment phase of the model and to align the system of government and education. The result showed that four media of OGP are possible to be applied at the level of university, which consist of public dialogue, the way of budgeting transparency, public aspirations through software, and radio broadcast that all are strongly affected by availability of the media and motivation of the stakeholders as crucial factors of the success of the strategy.
Desa Kedungrejo merupakan desa yang terletak di Kec. Sumberrejo Kab. Bojonegoro. Desa Kedungrejo kaya akan pohon pisang yang limbah pohonnya dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat setempat untuk dijual sebagai bahan baku tali dan kerajinan. Pohon pisang yang sudah berbuah biasanya ditebang dan tidak bisa menghasilkan apa-apa, padahal batang pisang masih bisa dimanfaatkan untuk menghasilkan produk-produk yang memiliki nilai ekonomis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis potensi yang dimiliki Desa Kedungrejo, maka kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat kali ini adalah memberikan pelatihan pembuatan tali dan kerajianan tangan dari pohon pisang. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah kelompok pemuda-pemudi karang taruna dan ibu-ibu PKK. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pelaporan. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan beberapa produk kerajinan dari limbah pohon pisang diantaranya adalah tas, peci, wadah tisu, vas bunga, topi, kotak makan, dan dompet.
Karbon aktif merupakan bahan material yang berpotensi untuk dijadikan elektroda pada superkapasitor karena memiliki densitas energi yang lebih tinggi daripada baterai dan sel bahan bakar serta densitas daya yang lebih tinggi daripada kapasitor konvensional. Telah ada penelitian sebelumnya membuat karbon aktif dari tempurung kelapa dengan aktivator ZnCl2 menghasilkan karbon aktif dengan hasil luas permukaan spesifik yang besar dalam pembuatan elektroda superkapasitor. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan karbon aktif dari kulit salak wedi dengan variasi aktivator bertingkat ZnCl2 dan KOH. Karakteristik sifat fisis karbon aktif kulit salak wedi dianalisis menggunakan Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) untuk melihat morfologi serbuk karbon aktif kulit salak. Pengujian menggunakan Difraksi sinar-X (XRD) untuk melihat struktur karbon aktif kulit salak yang berpotensi untuk dijadikan elektroda pada superkapasitor.
An activated carbon is a potential material that can be used as electrodes in super capacitors. It has a higher energy density than batteries and fuel cells, and a higher power density than conventional capacitors. This study was carried out by using activated carbon from the bark of salak wedi with various graded activators such as ZnCl2 and KOH. The physical characteristics of the activated carbon from the bark of salak wedi were analyzed using a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) to see its powder morphology. While, X-ray diffraction (XRD) is used to examine the structure of the bark of activated carbon that that has the potential to make electrodes of super capacitors . The results of SEM with graded activation had fewer pores, were not evenly distributed and tended to agglomerate compared to the activated carbon sample of salak bark which was activated once
