One termasuk konstruksi bangunan tingkat tinggi. Kegiatan konstruksi pada bangunan tingkat tinggi membutuhkan alat yang cukup beragam, salah satunya adalah Gondola. Gondola merupakan pesawat angkat yang biasanya digunakan pada pekerjaan finishing, seperti pengecatan dinding luar, repair dinding luar, pemasangan ACP, dan lainlain. Pengoperasian gondola di ketinggian sangat membutuhkan kestabilan. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan manajemen risiko untuk meminimalisir risiko dalam pekerjaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui potensi bahaya dan risiko, penilaian risiko, pengendalian risiko, serta antisipasi risiko. Hasil identifikasi bahaya yaitu, ceroboh saat merakit tiang dan lengan penggantung, panik saat sling macet, dan pengaruh angin. Hasil identifikasi risiko yaitu tangan terjepit, pekerja terjatuh dari ketinggian, dan mata pekerja kemasukan debu. Pada penilaian risiko terdapat risiko berperingkat ekstrim, yaitu tangan terjepit, terjepit tali sling, mata pekerja kemasukan debu, pekerja terjatuh dari ketinggian, dan pekerja panik sehingga meloncat ke bawah dari ketinggian. Pengendalian risiko yang dapat dilakukan yaitu, perakitan standar berdasarkan manual book dan dirakit oleh pekerja yang sudah berkompetensi di bidang gondola, dilakukan pengecekan sling sebelum dioperasikan, dan pekerja gondola harus memiliki Surat Ijin Operator, serta pekerja harus berbadan sehat menurut keterangan dokter. Antisipasi risiko yang dapat dilakukan seperti penggunaan tali safety personal, pengecekan baut sambungan keranjang gondola, trial pada tombol power naik-turun sebelum dioperasikan oleh pekerja, pemasangan police line disekitar area kerja, dan pekerja wajib menggunakan APD.
