Este artículo analiza las ediciones colaborativas de dos portales de internet, G1 y A Tarde/uol, con el objetivo de identificar el cambio en la posición de los agentes sociales en el campo de la comunicación con el advenimiento de las nuevas tecnologías y en el contexto del uso de los dispositivos móviles. Para realizar los análisis, se partió de los conceptos de Castells (1996), Jenkins (2009) y Bourdieu (2004, 2008), y se aplicó la metodología de análisis de contenido (ac), utilizando los métodos cualitativos de análisis del corpus. Los resultados muestran que existe un cambio en la posición de los agentes sociales en el campo de la comunicación, de consumidores a productores, de pasivos a activos, de aislados a conectados.
Resumo: O presente trabalho objetiva destacar a importância de um Programa de Educação Tutorial (PET) para os cursos de graduação, em articulação com os programas de pós-graduação, destacando a relevância da tríade ensino, pesquisa e extensão também presentes no PET Interdisciplinar em Rádio e Televisão da FAAC/UNESP. O presente texto sugere uma discussão sobre as reconfigurações pelas quais passa o campo do jornalismo a partir da inserção de tecnologias móveis e ubíquas e, mais especificamente, as mídias locativas e suas funções e serviços no dia-dia dos cidadão. As análises servirão de preâmbulo para a discussão sobre o novo cenário hiperlocal no qual está inserido o processo de construção do jornalismo com direção para novos panoramas no meio digital e suas implicações em nível local. Para tanto, também será debatida a aproximação do jornalismo hiperlocal como arena pública; levando em consideração a ambiência da inclusividade, não-coerção e reciprocidade que dão potencial para a promoção de um espaço de debate entre múltiplas vozes da sociedade, sobre os mais diferentes assuntos; considerando um fluxo de informação que propicie a consolidação das opiniões públicas e o incentivo ao debate público em nível local.
A popularização dos meios e recursos digitais de comunicação dissemina as narrativas não-lineares e contribui para agravar a crise do ensino presencial, com a expansão de modelos de escola presencial-virtual (EPV). Com a popularização das novas mídias derivadas da internet, vem ocorrendo uma gradual desmassificação da comunicação midiática, em um contexto que aguça a percepção individual e social dos individuos, que são atraídos pelo imenso fluxo global de mensagens informacionais (BRIGGS; BURKE, 2006). Essa transição dos métodos pedagógicos presenciais para o modelo de educação virtual, midiática e interativa ganhou um novo formato na rede pública de ensino estadual de São Paulo em 2012, com o lançamento dos cursos optativos de inglês e de espanhol para os alunos do ensino médio estadual, mediados por computador e com conteúdos produzidos pela Escola Virtual de Programas Educacionais do Estado de São Paulo - Evesp. Ainda prosseguem nas salas presenciais da rede de ensino as turmas numerosas, com falta de material didático-pedagógico adequado, em aulas conduzidas por professores cujos repertórios estão distantes do cotidiano dos alunos. Nesse contexto são verificadas as performances qualitativas bastante negativas da aprendizagem das quatro habilidades comunicativas: ouvir, falar, ler e escrever (CAMERON, 2001). A pesquisa que realizamos é de acompanhamento e análise das experiências de ensino de inglês e espanhol mediado pelo computador na plataforma Evesp e dos cursos presenciais de inglês e espanhol dos Centros de Estudos de Línguas (CELs) para o Ensino Médio e do projeto piloto Early Bird, de ensino-aprendizagem de inglês para o Ensino Fundamental, todos no âmbito da Diretoria de Ensino de Bauru (SP).
ResumoEste artigo tem por objetivo discutir como a comunicação pode contribuir de forma efetiva com a educação QD FLEHUFXOWXUD SRU PHLR GR SURMHWR GH DPELHQWHV HGXFDWLYRV TXH VH FRQÀJXUHP FRQIRUPH D OLQJXDJHP HVSHFtÀFD GR ciberespaço. Consideramos as tecnologias digitais como linguagem e, portanto, como formas de comunicação. Como base teórica, utilizamos a semiótica peirceana, para as questões referentes à linguagem; o conceito de tecnologias da inteligência, para a relação da técnica com mídias digitais e os conceitos de emergência e de arquitetura transmissível para pensar as interfaces comunicacionais do ciberespaço.
