His main research interests concern parliamentary development and he has led a number of parliamentary support programmes across the Commonwealth. Anthony worked in the private office of former British Prime Minister, Sir Edward Heath before joining the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association. He has since acted as a consultant for a number of international organisations including the National Democratic Institute, European Commission, and the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe. He is currently a consultant on legislative affairs for the World Bank.
