A computed tomography mesenteric angiogram showed haemorrhage and a stable left upper quadrant haematoma arising from 8 × 8 mm splenic artery aneurysm.DiscussionThe patient underwent a successful endovascular coiling procedure to exclude the aneurysm and for complete resolution of his symptoms.
