Endovascular Treatment of a Splenic Aneurysm Associated With Segmental Arterial Mediolysis

Abstract: IntroductionSegmental arterial mediolysis is a rare disorder characterised by disintegration of the medial layer of an arterial wall usually affecting the intra-abdominal splanchnic vessels.ReportA case of 50 year old man who presented with sudden-onset left sided flank pain is reported.
