This study aims to evaluate the capability of Ageratum conyzoides and Mikania micrantha extracts to synthesize silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) and their antibacterial capability against gram‐positive and gram‐negative bacteria. Several properties of the synthesized AgNPs, including plasmonic, biomolecule bonding, shape, size, and antibacterial, were investigated. Ultraviolet–visible (UV–vis) spectroscopy was employed for characterizing their plasmonic properties. Functional groups on the produced AgNPs were investigated by Fourier‐transform infrared (FT‐IR) spectroscopy. The size and shape of the AgNPs were identified using the field‐emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM). Inhibition zone measurement was carried out for evaluating the antibacterial capability. This study showed that the extracts of A. conyzoides and M. micrantha were able reducing agents as evidenced by the formation of the spherical AgNPs. UV–vis spectroscopy, FT‐IR spectroscopy, and FESEM confirmed the physicochemical characteristics of AgNPs. AgNPs that were synthesized using M. micrantha were slightly smaller than those produced using A. conyzoides. In general, the present work establishes that the synthesized AgNPs have antibacterial capability depending on their size and synthesis procedure.
Pada penelitian ini telah dilakukan pendeposisian lapisan tipis ZnO menggunakan doping Mg 0.04 mol di atas substrat silikon (Si) pada suhu 450 o C. Pendeposisian lapisan tipis ZnO dilakukan dengan metode ultrasonic spray pyrolysis pada frekuensi 1.7MHz selama 15 menit. Karakterisasi struktur kristal dilakukan menggunakan X-Ray Diffractrometer. Pengaruh Mg 0.04 mol dianalisis dengan membandingkan sampel pada lapisan tipis ZnO tanpa doping. Berdasarkan pada pola difraksi sinar-x (XRD), terkonfirmasi bahwa lapisan tipis ZnO tanpa doping (undoped) dan doping Mg memiliki struktur polikristal hexagonal wurtzite. Hasil XRD menunjukkan bahwa sampel memiliki preferential orientation sepanjang sumbu-c dengan doping Mg. Hasil XRD juga menunjukkan bahwa semua sampel lapisan tipis baik tanpa doping maupun yang didoping Mg menunjukkan bahwa (002) merupakan puncak yang lebih kuat dari puncak yang lain. Oleh karena itu, ion Mg berhasil menempati lattice site. Analisis struktur kristal lebih lanjut telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik penghalusan Rietveld secara sistematis dan komprehensif.
Introduction: Burns are injuries that caused by contact with a heat source. The natural alternative burn treatment can use hydrolyzed collagen derived from aquatic ecosystems, one of them is fish. Objectives: The aim of this research was to find the optimum formulation of tilapia fish collagen extract ointment. Methods: Fish skin that has been separated was prepared using the solution of NaOH 0,1 N and Butyl Alcohol 10%.Then the fish skin was extracted using a 0.5 M acetic acid solution and precipitated with a 0.9 M NaCl solution. Then, dialysis was performed using a plastic membrane (14 KDa) in a 0.1 M acetic acid solution and distilled water to obtain a wet collagen extract which was then in the FreezeDryer to reduce the water content. Results: The collagen extract obtained was used for ointment formulations with different concentrations of collagen extract, that is 5%, 10%, and 15% and 2 additional miana plant extracts were used with collagen extract 5+5% and 10+10%. The results of the formulation were tested on burns with a diameter of 0.715 cm in mice. Conclusion: From the results of the effectiveness test, the formulation with 15% collagen extract showed effective results. Indicated by the rate of wound healing in mice observations
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Inklusif Terhadap Tekanan Kinerja Dan Suara Tim Melalui Inovasi Tim Sebagai Mediator. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling pada karyawan PT. X Surabaya yang menggunakan analisis statistik Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan software SmartPLS 3.0. Penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa dalam lingkungan bisnis yang kompleks dan berubah dengan cepat saat ini, inovasi tim semakin penting untuk kelangsungan hidup dan kesuksesan organisasi. Meskipun literatur yang relevan menyoroti pentingnya kepemimpinan dalam inovasi tim, penelitian sebelumnya terutama berfokus pada kepemimpinan transformasional dan telah menghasilkan hasil yang tidak konsisten. Untuk mengatasi kekosongan ini, penelitian ini mengintegrasikan teori penetapan tujuan ke dalam kerangka keluaran proses input dan mengusulkan model mediasi yang dimoderasi untuk menguji hubungan antara kepemimpinan inklusif dan inovasi tim. Hasil analisis regresi hierarkis menunjukkan bahwa suara tim memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan inklusif dan inovasi tim dan tekanan kinerja memoderasi hubungan langsung antara kepemimpinan inklusif dan suara tim serta hubungan tidak langsung antara kepemimpinan inklusif dan inovasi tim melalui suara tim sedemikian rupa sehingga hubungan lebih kuat ketika tekanan kinerja tinggi.
