ZusammenfassungDie Erwartungen von Kunden an Sach- und Dienstleistungen haben sich verändert. Einerseits stellen sie höhere Anforderungen in Bezug auf Qualität, Komfort und Personalisierung. Andererseits möchten sie gestaltend zur Erreichung dieser Werte beitragen. Um weiterhin am Markt konkurrieren zu können, müssen Unternehmen traditionelle Kunden- und Anbieterrollen ebenso hinter sich lassen, wie die Vorstellung, dass sie im Alleingang Innovationen schaffen zu können. Service-Ökosysteme werden in diesem Kontext zum Schlüssel innovativer Wertangebote und führen aktuelle Trends der Dienstleistungsentwicklung zusammen. In Symbiose mit digitalen Technologien werden sie zu einem attraktiven Instrument für die Schaffung von losen, heterogenen Partnernetzwerken, die gemeinsam innovative Dienstleistungen entwickeln und anbieten. Anhand von acht Fallbeispielen zeigt der vorliegende Beitrag auf, wie auch Unternehmen aus dem Bereich der personennahen Dienstleistungen dieses Instrument zur Aktivierung des eigenen Digitalisierungspotenzials heranziehen können. Einen Rahmen zur vergleichenden Analyse und Gestaltung kann hierbei die ‚Service Canvas‘, der vom Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) geförderten Begleitforschung BeDien, bieten. Betrachtungspunkte wie Individualisierung, Integration, Kollaboration und Digitale Services decken Stärken, Schwerpunkte und Entwicklungspotenziale von Service-Ökosystemen auf und geben so Anhaltspunkte, wie sich Digitalisierung als Grundlage für die Zusammenarbeit zielgerichtet einsetzen lässt.
und die mediale Öffentlichkeit von Anna LuxHans Bender war einer der bekanntesten deutschen parapsychologen. sein name ist in der scientific community untrennbar mit dieser Disziplin verbunden und steht für die untersuchung außersinnlicher Wahrnehmung ebenso wie die von spuk-und Hellsehphänomenen. 1 in der breiten öffentlichkeit kannte man Bender aufgrund von Vorträgen und medialen Auftritten als "spukprofessor". seit den 1950er Jahren in presse und rundfunk präsent, erlebte er den Höhepunkt seiner popularität im Zuge von "okkulter Welle" und "gellermanie" in der ersten Hälfte der 1970er Jahre. 2 Dabei waren es nicht nur die Berichte über Bender und die parapsychologie, die ihn und seine Forschung bekannt machten. Vielmehr -und dies unterschied ihn von vielen wissenschaftlichen Akteuren seiner Zeit -suchte Bender selbst den Kontakt mit den Medien und betrieb eine intensive und breit angelegte öffentlichkeitsarbeit. 3 er arbeitete mit lokal-und regionalzeitungen zusammen, mit illustrierten und Boulevardzeitungen und hatte auch in Bezug auf radio und Fernsehen keine Berührungsängste. Über verschiedene Formate sprach Bender auf diese Weise publika mit unterschiedlichsten Voraussetzungen und interessen an: Mediziner und psychologen, ein gebildetes publikum ebenso wie die "einfachen" Bild-Zeitungsleser. 4 1 ein Verzeichnis der schriften (zusammengestellt von eberhard Bauer) findet sich unter: http://www.igpp.de/german/varia/bendbib.htm (31. 07. 2013).2 uri geller hatte im Januar 1974 in der Fernsehsendung "Drei mal neun" mittels angeblich paranormaler Fähigkeiten löffel verbogen und uhren repariert. er löste damit eine Welle medialer Berichterstattung und öffentlicher Diskussion aus, zumal sich bei den Fernsehzuschauern ähnliche effekte zu zeigen schienen. Bender hat diesen "geller-effekt" untersucht. Vgl. ZusammenfassungDigitale Services sind bereits Dreh- und Angelpunkt der Internetökonomie und bauen auf den Prinzipien von Interaktion, Zusammenarbeit und dem Wert individueller Unterstützung. Die Nutzung des Potenzials von digitalen Services ist in Praxisgebieten wie der Pflege, der Bildung und der Kinderbetreuung durch die Covid-19-Pandemie noch drängender geworden. Zur Schaffung von Innovationen in diesen Bereichen der personennahen Dienstleistungen, ist eine Zusammenarbeit von Wissenschaft und Praxis erforderlich. Doch die Mitwirkung in gängigen Kooperationsformen, wie z. B. Netzwerken, Technologieclustern oder Projekten, ist zunehmend von Dezentralität geprägt. Um im organisations- und standortübergreifenden Miteinander gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen, bedarf es Unterstützungsleistungen. Der vorliegende Beitrag widmet sich den Herausforderungen und Potenzialen digitaler Forschungsservices dezentraler Forschung und Innovation. Dabei wird deutlich, dass die drei eingangs genannten Prinzipien nicht nur für die Internetökonomie von Bedeutung sind.
